I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff are a great team who are attentive to every need. They’re hard working and happy to help you wherever they can.
My tiny gripe is that there was not a kettle in the room! But that should not take away the quality of the team behind the success of my stay here.

Abbiamo alloggiato a settembre 5 giorni all'Hotel Brasil con il nostro bimbo di due mesi, ci siamo tornati dopo un breve soggiorno fatto a giugno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, hotel fronte spiaggia, camera spaziosa e pulitissima, cibo ottimo e piscina stupenda. Una nota positiva in più è il personale, tutti molto gentili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Bella struttura direttamente sul mare recentemente ristrutturata. Camera elegante e confortevole. Molta attenzione anche ai particolari, dalla biancheria al materasso. Molto pulita ed attenta allo spreco energetico. Ottimo buffet per la colazione (forse il fatto che venga servita allunga un po’ i tempi ma si è in vacanza e non c’è fretta). Credo che anche il costo sia congruo rispetto all’offerta. Personale molto gentile. Bella esperienza anche se breve

Si ritorna sempre con piacere all'hotel brasil. Per la cortesia, per la simpatia, per gli elevati livelli dei servizi offerti in grado di soddisfare ogni tipologia di cliente. La posizione è perfetta. Fronte mare e a due passi dal centro sia di Milano marittima che di Cervia. Le camere finemente ristrutturate sono mantenute sempre perfettamente in ordine. La piscina unica nel suo genere a Milano marittima. Il ristorante sempre degno di lode. Arrivederci con piacere alla prossima.

Ho trascorso solo una notte ma il soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era tutta ristrutturata, ottimo il servizio di accappatoio e ciabattine e l’acqua in omaggio; molto pulita e ben insonorizzata. Piscina ottima con vasca idromasaggio. La colazione abbastanza assortita. Peccato per il parcheggio a pagamento

Terzo anno consecutivo al brasil....(sia luglio che fine agosto) Ci si sente sempre a casa.... La nostra camera vista piscina era molto spaziosa,bagno ristrutturato di recente con una grande doccia.... Camera sempre pulita grazie alle accortezze delle addette alle pulizie. La piscina.... Rilassa solo a guardarla... Per un bambino di 9 anni è sempre una certezza. La cucina è ottima... Ricco buffet e varietà di pietanze a pranzo e cena...anke per bambini... Cortesia e gentilezza dei camerieri.... E. Maitre di sala.... Attenti e accorti. X qualsiasi necessità. La posizione Dell hotel è invidiabile.... Direttamente sul mare ma con ampi spazi aperti e curati. Non troppo esposta al rumore del weekend.... È piacevole godere del. Panorama sull ampio terrazzo della camera vista piscina. Grazie alla titolare Stefania, al.marito Stefano.... E a tutto lo staff... Abbiamo trascorso ancke quest anno 8.giorni rilassati e coccolati.

Hotel Brasil è sempre una cetezza! Cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff. Oltre ad avere una posizione fantastica, una piscina strepitosa ed una rilassantissima spa mi preme sottolineare il fatto che questo hotel ha abbattuto quasi completamente l'uso della plastica, i prodotti bagno sono ecosostenibili, è pet friendly e nel menù è presente sempre una variante vegetariana. Direi TOP!!!!! Vittoria ed Oliva vi salutano caramente!!!

Abbiamo passato qui 3 notti a fine giugno, era la nostra prima gita di famiglia (la nuova arrivata a meno di 4 mesi), e tutto è stato perfetto. Il personale è molto disponibile e attento, il cibo molto buono e vario ,gli spazi comuni curati e la camera scelta era quello che serviva: nuova, molto ampia con un terrazzo grande. La posizione è perfetta,con una bimba così piccola non abbiamo fatto vita da spiaggia ma molte passeggiate, l'ombra dei viali alberati permette di farle quasi a tutte le ore del giorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Il buffet è ripetitivo e soprattutto non vengono fornite porzioni adeguate, le quantità sono sc**** ma ottima la qualità. Un plauso al personale del ristorante, molto presente e gentile, ma costantemente in tensione anche nei confronti degli ospiti. Purtroppo il costo dell’acqua, non inclusa nel prezzo, è estremamente eccessivo. Contesto della piscina molto piacevole. Episodio a dir poco increscioso con il personale della reception, altamente offensivo nei confronti del cliente e mancanza di coerenza del conto finale. In conclusione, non ci torneremo di sicuro!
