"The restaurant is disabled and we were not informed at the time of the reservation. The breakfast is served in a small room in the fifth floor, result waiting out of the door for more than half an hour for having a table. Foods not rested. A bed with a paddle pad that perfurates the back of the client. Inappropriate service at entry and exit (no baggage loading) either in maintenance services (disrupted air conditioning, contact telephone with the doorway does not work) Hotel Bevile never again!!!!!!!!"

"1. My reservation was initially from 19 to 21 April; however, I had to arrive a day before and made another reservation from 18 to 19 April, paying advance for PIX. When I won the reservation on 19th day I could have been saved from not having my entry card in the blocked room and being called at the reception to explain why I was still in the hotel. 2. Breakfast is not consistent with the day charged; it could be better with more choice of fruit and natural juices."
