The River Front Resort

I would not stay in this hotel again. The hotel looks very goo from outside. Inside facilities were at the best poor. The worst thing was the location on the internet. It showed 15 minutes walk to places of importance such as Ram Janmbhoomi. The sites of importance were at least a few miles away. Driving took more tha 40 minutes. Restaurant was terrible. In short, it was a very unsatisfactory stay.

Location, room conditions, housekeeping departments are good while food quality is poor. However there is no view of river. Only name is River Front. Manager and front desk staffs are very polite. However Mr. Ramanand (Restaurant Manager) is very rude and food quality is very poor especially kaju masala, dum aloo kashmiri etc. Green Salad was totally a disaster. Tomato in salad were rotten. It's highly unhygienic. Breakfast was also very very bad. Poha was not fully cooked. I suggest the resort Management to work on the politeness of staff especially Mr. Ramanand and improve the food quality. This type of rude staff and poor food quality will result in downfall of this resort

He just said we don't have fresh quality linens and duet cover if you wish you can leave the property or else use what we are offering . Poor management at the hotel linens are overused which gives you uneasy feeling while using them . As the GM of the hotel is not bothered so housekeeping can't help it. Poor hotel manager.
