We arrived here at 2 am after having a horrific previous several days and the lady at the front desk was so wonderful. Our room was comfortable and lovely and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

All was excellent except for the AC unit could not be turned down. I like it cold at night. It was adequate though.

Best Western, Chandler, AZ is a great place to stay. The receptionist was kind and professional. The room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was a good, hot meal. We will stay here again.

Michael was the manager on duty when I checked in. Super friendly. no hassle check in. when we came back the lady on duty was friendly and said hello good morning. I would definely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facility was fine, the staff was wonderful. Our room just needed some maintenance. Light bulb in the bathroom was out, bathroom sink didn’t drain, the TV didn’t have signal half the time, room lamps flickered all the time, bedroom drawers kept opening.
