開在卓展購物商場上邊的賓館（8樓以上），周邊停車極不方便，地下停車還需要付款5元每小時停車費！最關鍵的是，室內沒有空調，沒有空調，沒有空調，重要的事情説三遍！我訂的家庭房，結果根本沒有外窗，衹有內窗，也就是窗户打開後直接對的是商場裡邊的中廳，根本沒法和室外通風換氣，室內温度（見圖片）高達27.8度，完全沒有空調，熱的渾身是汗，又沒法直接和室外通風！房間內的客服電話打了幾遍都打不通，沒法衹得坐電梯去8樓服務枱才找到人，最後給拿了台電扇就算完事，要個拖鞋也得説好幾遍！服務員還要勸你要平靜，***退房都退不了你讓我蒸桑拿還讓我平靜！晚上商場裏傳來各種設備的怪聲，一宿沒睡好！連個招待所都不如！簡直差的不能再差！住了這麼多回酒店賓館，頭一回遇到既沒有外窗還沒有空調的！

房間很大，空調好用。酒店裝修比較老舊，屋內地毯清理得不乾淨。地下停車收費。親子房，入住3人，房間兩瓶水，給前台打電話，説一天兩瓶水，我説明早送兩瓶，前台女士冷笑一聲，你不就住一天嗎？呵呵了…

酒店在商場樓上，屬於在商場內部，沒有臨街的窗，隔着窗子就能看到購物的場面，而且不能全開，一點不透氣，還很吵，特別悶！空調是商場的中央空調，不能調温度加上還沒有窗，特別悶熱而且空氣不好，退房的時候前台説可以走了，按金原路返回，我們就查了半天也沒查到按金退回，前台看我們在那查也不管，查完確定沒退又去找前台，人家理所當然的説“我還沒退啊”，又説要等查完房，沒查完房你讓我們走什麼，還説按金原路返回，如果我們直接走了按金你扣了，我們已經大包小包坐車走了，怎麼跟你對證？
