我是懷着對前台孫女士感激的心情寫此感謝信。去長春開會2024年3月30日入住貴酒店，31日退房。臨走時把崖柏手串遺忘酒店。31日打電話到酒店前台正好是孫女士接的電話。説明情況後，他與酒店各部門溝通尋找，態度非常友好，非常認真負責。很快給我回信找到手串。還給我發快遞到白城。

很好的一次入住體驗，前台服務員服務都很熱情，有問必答，客房乾淨衞生，房間還有小度音箱，非常智能。位置也很好。就在西安大路上，特別好找，以後來還住這家，體驗真的棒👍

來辦入住因為某些政策原因，當時有點不開心了，但是前台的服務很好很貼心；能站在客人的角度。這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，從服務到設施都非常出色。工作人員非常友好和專業，讓我感到賓至如歸。房間非常舒適，床鋪舒適，讓我每天都睡得很好。而且，酒店地理位置優越，購物和餐飲都非常方便。我會毫不猶豫地向任何前往這個城市的遊客推薦這家酒店。前台有個姑娘叫王佳什麼忘了，服務非常好👍

房間很小，隔音也太差了，門響了一夜，隔壁説話咳嗽尖叫都聽的一清二楚，保潔早上67點就在走廊裏叮咣。
