太差勁了！難以形容，一整晚都在跟蚊子作鬥爭，本想插個電蚊香，結果衹是個擺設，就是個空瓶子，那個插頭就跟雷劈了一樣，太嚇人了，枕頭上也是臟兮兮的東西，不知道是沒洗乾淨還是油漬，被子也是破了個大洞，超級無語，還説是五星，我的天啦！這是誰給的勇氣啊？還4百多？哪裡來的自信啊？連個小酒店都不如！

特意選了環島酒店一早起來孩子們準備騎單車繞湖遊玩，被服務生告知沒有單車租了，擺在門口的有幾台車鎖鑰匙不見了打不開 有幾台鏈條壞了沒修好，在我們看起來十幾分鍾可以解決的事，服務員説修理報告交上去幾個月了 沒人回覆 可見管理的能力不強和服務意識淡薄。另：室內游泳池還不是對住店人員免費開放，附近其他酒店都是免費的 ，很多顧客提了意見，但不知酒店領導什麼理念就是要收費。

以前途經常德均在此處留宿，印象也算牽強，主要在於其外面環境甚好，昨日途經再續，那就弄得我一塌糊塗了，不是外面下雨，直接退房了。
一，房間好像長久沒住，濕氣，黴味，煙味，三味真火。
二，燒水壺蓋不了蓋，枕頭套外翻，電吹風燒成乾屍了也不更換。
三，重中之重，服務意識。特別是前台，樓道保潔及服務員見客均以微笑示之，今天退房，前台服務員開個票，歲月賦予的青春臉龐被服務意識拉的老長老長，職業素養的重要性，企業門面重要性，都成了阻礙客人的山重重。

很臟，粗略看還可以，細節一看就是很久沒清理了。馬桶上的尿漬黃黃的，很多點點，用水洗不掉，我電話到前台，服務員來擦擦不掉，我説你拿84消毒液擦啊，她直接倒馬桶圈上，立馬消除了，可見平時衞生堪憂，根本不消毒。那個保潔就把消毒液抹開就算擦完了，這人坐上去不燒屁股嗎？我自己拿清水洗了幾遍，墊着一次性馬桶墊才敢用。結果發現衞生間地面全是小飛蟲屍體，還有活的，但死的多，還一地毛髮沒清理。酒店管理可見鬆散的很。
