The hotel is not foreigner friendly. Front-desk service is so harsh and not customer oriented. They ask so many things repeatedly and they even asked to know your company name (if you work in China) and also the address of your company. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re a foreigner.

After leaving the room, the public security system did not check out. When I go to open the room and check in, I have to call and ask them to check out. The front desk service attitude is poor. Hang up the phone for no reason.

酒店離我出差的工作地點衹有10分鐘左右的路程直接走路就可以到了，沒想到這次出差居然能遇到這麼舒適的酒店，特別表揚前台的07工號趙海燕，專門給我推薦了附近的新疆菜，特別熱情，值得推薦哦

沒住過這麼爛的酒店，前台態度差。開的第一間房下水道味道大，又換了一間，一進去裏面全是收費商品，就連一次性馬桶墊也要收費！去別的酒店還會多給兩個。進房不到十分鐘，想退房換別家，結果前台説退房要收一晚上房錢。窗邊放了按摩腳的機器，也要收費。老式座機根本不好打電話。床單上很多印記。最煩的是馬桶！沖水按鍵非常硬，超級難按。美甲不好按，用關節按的疼死我了也按不動。避雷吧
