地理位置：在梅溪湖地鐵站🚉門口，交通出行方便，對面是城市島，晚上睡覺很安靜
衞生：一到就覺得非常乾淨
環境：還有麻將機和投影，朋友出行真的很贊，雙卧床好軟，軟裝搭配好温馨有種家的感覺
服務：負責人提前聯繫，會詢問到達入住時間然後會告知注意事項在線辦理入住，有問題及時溝通恢復很及時
總的來説是次非常棒的體驗，服務多方面都很棒，喜歡，下次還來

在黃興廣場步行街這裏，出門就到處都是美食，太方便了，馬路對面是都正街很適合古風拍照，房間三個床，小夥伴一起入住十分開心，設計的也太美了，巨幕投影看電影很棒，推薦推薦

24號晚上十一點左右入住，沒有前台服務人員接待，打了很多個電話都在通話中，後來加了私人微信，交了按金，發的房間密碼，停車場沒有任何標識，不好找，圍着地下停車場找了幾圈才找到正確的電梯入口，找到後，是複式公寓，客廳感覺有點壓抑，衞生環境極差，應該很久沒人入住或沒打掃過，地上和枱麪都有一層灰，地上有很明顯的頭髮和灰塵，最奇葩的是水杯置物架上有一顆很明顯且幹了很久的檳榔渣，卧室枕頭上有很長的頭髮絲，所有玻璃鏡面上都有水漬，熱水器加熱很慢，配的牙刷毛巾就丟在置物台上，質量很差，我們壓根不敢用，配的洗澡拖鞋上面還有踩過的腳印……今天退房，不給免停車費，非要我好評才能免停車費……真的太奇葩……不知道是不是長沙太火了，這麼敷衍客人，這是我住過最差最差的酒店，環境、衞生、服務各方面都差

非常非常差勁…好不誇張的説，懷着期待過來，結果一進門，就發現沙發旁邊有別人扔的喝完的空水瓶，地上很多臟東西，衞生間的紙衹剩下一個捲紙筒子，第二天一早7點鐘，旁邊就開始施工發出很大的聲響，根本睡不了覺，緊急退房了，第一天客服打電話態度就非常不好，果然後續就沒有什麼好體驗

房間複式結構，兩張1.8m大床在樓上，樓下1.5m大床，睡6人沒問題，有炊具餐具，房東還給備了油鹽醬醋，很貼心，出門在外時間長了就想自己做點可口的，點贊👍
