老闆人挺好的，就是住的地方不好找，尤其是晚上到的時候沒燈有點嚇人，然後定位也不是很準確，然後我住的是副樓203，缺點就是爬樓梯不好爬，要是點外賣的話要去找騎手，希望下個住203的人能看看床頭邊有沒有插座吧，因為插座衹有桌子那有個小插排，看看桌子那下邊有沒有包，一開始不注意被颳了一下。但總體還是可以的，晚上開空調10元，白天15，老闆人也挺好的，臨時歇歇腳可以考慮來這。

性價比超高，酒店位於中南大學南校區內停車方便，走出來就是麓山南路，各種吃的店鋪很多，校門口公交車很方便。

帶孩子來嶽麓山玩，幾次入住了，感覺確實可以，房間乾淨，衞生，安靜，這次又來住了，去嶽麓山很近，比較方便，就在中南大學對面，老闆人好，帶我們從中南大學那邊的入口上去的，看到了楓葉，銀杏樹，還看到了幾個玩越野車的，小朋友們很感興趣，不虛此行

在校園內，安全且對於探親的家長很方便。店家一家子看起來温馨且親切。我去的時候是大冷天，看他們一家子圍爐烤火打火鍋，真的好有家庭氛圍，店家還熱情的邀請我加入。。。房價在這一片，絕對是最底價，那樣的價位，還能提供暖氣，真的太良心了。。。照片有拍。就是元旦去的，太久了，沒找到。。。總之，下去去看女兒，首選就是她家了。。。

非常奈斯的入住體驗，房東一家人都非常熱情，去的時候下雨，還擔心我們淋雨，借傘給我們，房間衞生很乾凈，房子位置很好，樓下房東姐姐種了好多花，住在三樓，能看到燈光秀。
