景色非常棒，裝修特別新，位置絕佳，距離五一廣場潮宗街都很近。老闆很親切。在大地金墅裏，電梯也很多雖然有點慢。大廈也有內部景觀，房間落地窗，看着景色喝喝茶非常愜意，投影儀也可以連手機播放電視劇，有更好的景觀，滿目江河景色，遺憾的晚上回來太晚沒能好好欣賞夜景，有機會再來
