We stayed here 2 nights and from the start till the end it was perfect experience. We were greeted by amazing butler called Amora and he took care of us during our stays very well. He speaks very good English so it was super helpful for us because we don’t speak Chinese. Also, whenever we have any questions, he was always there to answer and offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Chang Sha and we will definitely come back to this hotel just for Amora! We appreciate Amora for giving us the perfect experience and happy stay in Chang Sha.

位於長沙市中心的長酒店，地理位置真的沒話説。太平老街的正對面，無論是去五一廣場還是國金中心，步行即可。 或許是網評大家對他的認可度很高，加上春節期間的房價定位，所以我的心理預期也較高。真實的體驗感就有了落差。 酒店的門頭不大，我們2點40到的時候，還被告知房間沒有出來。第一時間是有點不太舒服的。房間還在沒有入住的前一天，已經全額劃扣房費，也不理解為什麼還要繳納按金。全國各地無論是豪華型，星級、度假酒店住過這麼多，這種還是第一次見。 房間並不大，窗户外是老舊小區的屋頂，吵吵鬧鬧的小狗叫聲，完全不能開窗。朋友笑侃，這窗户打開怕是在貧民窟。廁所管道應該在返潮，有明顯的氣味，但是應該被香水或是消毒水壓過，很難聞的味道。 智能化的背投、馬桶、語音系統，應該還是受年輕人喜愛的。看了一下日常價格，才覺得合理。 不過，不太適合我。😂😂😂
