衞生堪憂！！一進門就發現地板壓根沒有打掃，小沙發很多毛髮，晚上發現床單被單也很臟， 挺無語的…阿姨及時來拖了一下地，撿了一下沙發的毛髮，但並沒有乾淨。解釋了因為人很多很着急，所以沒打掃乾淨。但我想這並不能成為理由，體驗感非常差。晚間有人在打麻將來來回回走路也很大聲！！清晨七點就有人在外面説話聲音很大，隔音效果0，窗户也沒有門閂，自己找了繩子綁住！插座的位置也是令人費解。總之很差，還是聽了朋友的推薦來的…兩百多兩人房住這房間，不無語至極！！唯一的優點就是距離古城近，其他0。吹風機的頭明顯是有燒焦過的，我想這是具有很大的安全隱患的。窗户和吹風機忘記拍了，所述皆為事實。

客棧的位置很好，房間乾淨整潔，有很多房型供選擇。有個小院子，客房基本都是在一樓，由院子相連。客棧有廚房可提供加熱飯菜，這個挺方便的。

喜歡榻榻米的房型～如果有小朋友的話，就不怕掉地上了。小路那邊在修，感覺走進去更近。我走兩次大門都有點路痴（我的問題😊），但是很喜歡這家院子。看到評論説吵。這樣真不厚道。反正我睡到天亮。雖説是食街附近。但是隔着一定距離。而且真不吵。

客家首府，汀州古城。美好的一次出遊，博士樓住宿，安靜，留洋博士樓的建築有，土樓特色，又吸收了西方的文化特點。民宿就在古城，後門出去酒店東大街。夜景汀州，太美了！

本來定的特價房 但真的太簡陋了 補差價住了豪華雙床房，環境真的很好，很喜歡，一室一廳，好大間，還送兩張景點門票 愛了愛了……

環境不錯，地理位置也很好，在鬧區中心地段。民宿送了2張景點聯票，另買也半價。但是！隔音效果簡直了！木地板的隔音真是很讓人無語！半夜11點樓上還蹦蹦蹦，早上6點多也蹦蹦蹦……整個就沒睡好覺！還是酒店好點……

環境真不錯，在古城附近，吃飯小吃也很多，但是不能停車比較麻煩點，隔音效果也相對差點，畢竟是木頭房子。
