位置於皇冠假日酒店同一幢大樓，是另外一個門進的，辦入住快速很方便。樓下就可以户外停車，還有地下停車場。
Loft裝修挺有風格，天花板夠高，很舒服沒有壓抑感。窗外視野好。整體衛生乾淨。浴室花灑水壓穩定出水大。浴巾洗臉巾是一次性的夠乾淨方便。
到附近景點很近很方便，對面就是廣濟橋、廣濟樓，過了橋就是古城和牌坊街。
總體來說很推薦，如果下次再來潮州，一定會再入住！

乾淨，暫新，視野好，入住快捷又便利。雖然是複式，但是天花夠高不壓頂，很舒服沒有壓抑感，浴室花灑水壓穩定出水大。連浴巾準備的都是一次性的，試問有幾間酒店能做到提供一次性浴巾的，這點必須點贊。出去景點也很方便，沒多遠就是廣濟橋，過了橋就是古城和牌坊街。晚上不用去廣濟橋人擠人，在房間就能看到燈光秀。價位比牌坊街的網紅民宿低，總的來説性價比級高。品牌下還有一間茶舍，牌坊街逛累了也可以去茶舍歇歇腳喝喝茶，非常舒服。

房間在韓江邊，江景無敵，房間寬敞，衞生也不錯，床比較舒服，二樓有私人衞生間還是比較方便，就是入住時發現推拉門是壞的。入住輸入店家給的密碼即可，退房直接關門走就行。入住時車停在地庫，老公上樓時按照指示打物管中心電話，結果那邊説不負責開門，問他貴姓，竟然回覆關你X事！聯繫店家，説投訴他後來也沒下文了。另外晚上9點左右吃飯回來讓送水過來，結果回覆服務阿姨已經下班。

適合呆在房間裏發呆的地方，公寓在潮洲的地標建築最上面，視野寬闊，韓江與廣濟橋盡收眼底，根本不想出去。隔音效果不好，隔壁的房間講話講到深夜2點。

窗外就是古城區廣濟橋和韓江，美不勝收😌，下午五點前可步行通過橋面進入古城景區，不然就得打車了，開元寺五點準時關門

設施：很新，樓很新，房間也很新
衞生：衞生衹能説一般，手在床頭上面掃一掃，都是灰
環境：沒得説，非常好，打開窗簾非常驚艷，整個潮州古城一覽無遺。
雖然不是很完美，但是如果家人朋友去潮州是非常推薦住的。

位置很好，沿江高層，免費停車場。步行可以到泰佛殿廣濟橋。衞生超乾淨，提前入住剛好阿姨在做衞生，很細節，真想把阿姨領回家哈哈哈。店主品味很不錯，傢俱選品質感很好，整體很滿意，下次還會入住！推介選廣濟橋景觀超美！
