This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

There is a cute blue and white British shorthair named Wangwang on the first floor. Although I am lazy, I will open the hotel according to my mood when I see guests~ The only drawback may be that the soundproofing of the room is poor. The children next door made a lot of noise the first night. I wish the soundproofing could be better.

There is an elevator, although the room is not big, the wet and dry separation is enough, suitable for the late sleeper, the inn goes downstairs and turns left to have a passage, directly in the middle of the archway street, you can look at the archway one by one at night, and eat. Parking is not free, five yuan an hour, and 28 yuan is capped within 24 hours. It's okay to stop for a day and walk around.

I was a little disappointed when I visited Chaozhou during the Spring Festival. First of all, the price of the hotel did not match the actual level. The room fee was nearly 1,000 yuan. This is a hotel that has just been renovated and operated. In terms of hardware facilities, the shower in the bathroom is very good. But it is very lacking in accessories. For example, there is no place or basket to put or store used towels and bath towels. , these used towels are just piled on the floor. While sleeping in the middle of the night, there was a sudden loud noise, and it turned out that the cover behind the mirror fell off. The level of decoration is really good! In addition, the cleanliness is really not complimentable. I took a photo of the corridor outside, but I forgot to take a photo of the dust on the countertop in the room inside. I cleaned it myself as soon as I checked in! But the hotel's customer service attitude is very good and responsive! Hope to strengthen management and soft power! A thrilling stay experience!

It is a better choice to stay in Chaozhou. Chaozhou is not big, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to the ancient city. It's the Spring Festival holiday, and the hotel has specially prepared breakfast for guests staying in the hotel.

The check in by staff too slow n not professional. When check as foreigner they had to do manually input info . Halfway she said asked me to wait n to serve local clients instead . I got angry n told me it should be in proper qué way. They claimed foreigner passport too complicated to fill up if they are new staff but the experience staff should come n help . The check in was totally too long even later it was finished in 15 mins. Local clients with children forcing them to do their first but staff should uphold priority come first for who come first.

The room was okay except that the air conditioner was not very cool. The windows in the tea room were beautiful. The location of the hotel was amazing. Just a short walk downstairs to the bustling ancient street. When I feel hungry after taking a bath, I put on my pajamas and take my children to visit the ancient streets. The young man's service attitude is very good (only the tall and thin young man who smiles all day long) the young man in the hotel even carefully prepared an umbrella for me when I went out in the evening 🌂 He said that it was going to rain, but I still didn't believe it I thought it was troublesome not to bring the umbrella he prepared for me, but it actually rained at night. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

This is a perfect place for visiting the ancient town, room is very very clean and quiet. Walking distance to everywhere. Owner is gentle and nice, introduce the place for eating. On the 7th floor, there is a outside terrasse, relaxing place in the evening.

The room is in neo-Chinese style, with wooden furniture, very classy, ​​simple and generous. The bathroom is also modern. The main location is very good, less than 100 meters away is Guangji Building and Guangji Bridge, 50 meters away is Paifang Street and Xima Road, so convenient! The reception is warm, I will stay here next time and recommend it to my friends.
