Terrible. Accidentally booked as 1 guest instead of 2 for my husband and I. The cost is the exact same on *******, when we got to the hotel they told us they charged us an extra fee of $10 but charged my credit card $15. They also won’t let you checkout of the hotel until they’ve checked your room, which is literally the first time that’s ever happened to us at any hotel/motel we’ve ever stayed at.

We wish the pool would’ve been open, and the manager can be a bit strict but overall it was a great place to stay for a night or two in Chatham

Terrible.
I accidentally booked as 1 guest instead of 2 guests for my husband and I.
When we got to the hotel they said they were charging us $10 for the extra guest.
The price for 1 guest or 2 guests is literally the exact same price when booking on *******!!!
Not only that, but they charged my credit card $15, not $10.
They also make you check out at the front desk and make you wait so that they can check your room before you leave!
This has literally never happened in all of the hotels/motels I’ve ever stayed at.
They also only gave us 2 pillows in the room and we asked for more pillows and they gave us 1. So one of us had to sleep with only 1 pillow.
Please avoid this hotel, it was not worth it!!

Place is very dated…
2nd floor room carpets are old and room was very dated.
They need a MAJOR UPDATE and Clean the whole place as in room sand Hallways.
The Photos in the ******* was totally deceiving..
