Easy access to everything that we needed. Hottub was out of service. Bed frame was sticking out from under the mattress and could be hazardous.

We reserved a room with a king size bed. When we arrived, they said that they had changed us to a 2 queen bed room. Not good.

The worker at the front desk Jarvis, She was exceptional & amazing. She attended to all my needs immediately during my stay while my allergies flared up. I'll definitely be back just because of here hospitality.

I wish I took the lady's name at the front desk... she was fantastic... she seemed like the only person working there, we checked in after dinner, she was there at Breakfast, serving doing everything, honestly it was insane.
Only knock for me is other guests and how they act - in the pool parents let their kids do anything and it's brutal and painful - we ended up leaving the pool because i didnt want my kids around that type of thing. But Hotel is great and we've booked here few times before and will continue to stay

The breakfast is suppose to closed at 10am. We arrive at 9:30 and no more meal. I am disappointed because we Payed to get this. We needed get breakfast in another place and pay one more time for this. if they knew how many people they had hosted, they should have prepared themselves better for that.
