住的環宇假日酒店感到一切都很滿意，房間清新乾淨，設施齊全，早餐豐富，停車免費、購物也很方便。對長者孩子更是照顧，酒店位置去各個景點都很方便，晚上的夜景很美麗，可以在門口打卡，保安小哥盡職盡責的幫我們指揮停車提拿行李，前台小姐姐熱情且盡責，感謝！

酒店離山莊比較近.走路大約二站路，酒店很乾凈，前台服務不錯，熱情細緻！早餐中規中距，基本的中式品種都有了，餐廳服務很好，食品補貨很迅速！總之要在承德遊覽山莊和外八廟，這酒店是不二的選擇！衞生間乾濕分離。清潔阿姨也很認真！蠻好的！

早上出去遊玩的時候太晚了 和前台溝通延遲退房 前台同意 並未收取任何費用 結果回來晚了 差不多3點才返回酒店 和前台説前台也表示理解 咱就是説服務這快真的沒話説 感覺酒店培訓的也很到位 比較人性化 位置好 距離避暑山莊走路也僅有10分鐘 走的快的8分鐘左右就可以看到避暑山莊的大門了 紅色的城牆 是這座城市的標誌 有免費的停車場 很大 有專門的人員負責停車 推薦大家來入住

五一出行，選擇了避暑山莊環宇假日酒店，酒店服務很貼心，提前給我們發了酒店停車場位置，快速入住，前台員工細心講解遊玩路線，建議步行去避暑山莊，就走了八九分鐘就到了，園林景色很美，可以坐船到金山亭。也可以做環山車。在二馬道看小布達拉宮的外景。房間簡約乾淨，床品舒服，洗澡水流量大，很舒服。早餐豐富，是自助的，口味家常。我們吃的挺可口。很滿意的一次入住體驗！瞬間愛上了這個承市！
