酒店環境非常好，硬件設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，酒店對面是康熙王朝演出，出門左轉上天橋過去就到演出現場了，不用開車，車停在酒店就可以了，非常安全，酒店也有地下車庫，停車特別方便，早餐種類豐富，服務熱情很滿意。

設施：很全，房間還有熨斗和熨衣板，密碼箱。房間的飄窗特別棒，能看到對面的元寶街和山景，太美了。
衞生：很好，很乾凈。
環境：裝修很新，酒店門口還有個噴泉，樹上也有裝飾的彩燈晚上夜景很美，位置優越，就在鼎盛王朝演出的元寶街路北，看演出過個天橋走路5分鐘就到了。
服務：前台小姐姐很漂亮，主動多送了一份小童餐。酒店早餐很豐盛，很好吃。
唯一不足的兩點，1是房間窗户太薄，夜晚車來車往噪音很大，睡眠輕的會被吵到。2是後門消防通道的通往外面的門鎖着，明明門口還寫着消防門不能鎖，作為一個有12層客房的賓館防火意識還不夠啊。

房間乾淨，設施很新，適合一家三口，還有窗台沙發，適合看夜景。但作為女人提一個小小建議，建議增加化粧鏡，早上化粧時候，衞生間的鏡子和燈光，以及房間的穿衣鏡，我完全看不清，掌握不好分寸。
窗外景色很好，酒店對面就是元寶街和康熙大典的劇場，看完劇溜達溜達走路回酒店，坐在窗邊還能看到劇場裏的景象。帶孩子來承德玩，是個不錯的選擇。圖片是白天和晚上窗外景色。

滿意：客房衞生達到品牌標準，停車場方便，前台接待滿意。自助早餐服務員熱情周到。
不滿意
①樓道電梯門的垃圾桶放在按鈕下邊，吐痰的飛沫都在按鍵上。
②一樓旁邊酒店配套的中餐廳為外包餐廳，菜品温度不夠。
③二樓自助早餐香腸和培根是廉價合成肉，麥片是最廉價的國產麥片，果醬是食用色素勾兑的，布菲爐温度不夠熱菜都是冷的，吃完肚子不舒服，早餐自助餐是我住過的快捷假日裏麪最差的。

樓下就是康熙大典演齣劇場，酒店有自己的地上、地下停車場，適合自駕。酒店設施非常，前台、早餐服務員孫立靜都非常熱情，一個下雨要給打傘，一個主動幫端麪條、豆漿。唯一不足之處是：標49元的早餐，實際也就30多元吧！！！沒有肉包子，沒有酸奶！熱菜也都是素菜！
