Hotel is grand and new. Rooms are big and clean. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and some menus change everyday. Staffs there are professional, nice and polite. Hotel also provide free entry couple to the spa wellness club adjoining to the hotel. We really enjoy the hotel services and facilities during the 4 days stay. We definitely will stay st this hotel if coming to chengde again. Strongly recommended!

酒店位於迎賓路，下高速即可到達，周邊有一家萬達廣場，吃住行都很方便。
酒店房間寬敞、豪華，內部佈局整潔、有序，房間照明、沐浴、電視及洗漱等設施的使用舒適度都蠻好的。
酒店的服務是我們本次入住過程中最滿意的。
首先是入住體驗，我們是家庭出遊，考慮到三個大人入住，需要一間可以入住三人的房間，所以定了小童主題房。進入房間後，發現衞生洗漱區域和客房區域的隔牆是鏤空的，實在不方便。隨後我們立即向酒店前台進行了反饋，酒店當日在崗的楊子會和應雯兩位員工立即響應，帶我們看了符合我們要求的房間，為我們申請免費升級了房間。對於兩位員工積極主動和熱情的服務，表示由衷的感謝。
其次，酒店的早餐體驗也非常不錯，品種投放上考慮到了清真和素食客户的需求，餐廳服務人員會主動為客户介紹餐食，處處都體現了服務的細節。
在此，向酒店的各級服務人員表示感謝。

看評論不錯定的這間酒店，意想不到的驚喜，酒店環境不錯，乾淨整潔舒適，服務態度非常到位。前台小姐姐孫萌跟楊子會給升級的國際房間，退房時還給了小禮物。早餐也特別的豐盛，因為弄孩子沒有拍什麼圖片。對了還贈送洗浴門票，孩子玩的特別開心，洗浴那邊的環境也非常喜歡

我在網上看評價這家酒店不錯就訂了它家，把先前訂的酒店給取消了，沒想到它家的好，超出了我的預期，我在前台辦理入住的時候，前台的三位小菇涼（王慧楠、高曉凡、孫萌）以及前台年輕的女經理熱情的為我介紹她們酒店的房型以及餐廳等配套設施，併為我升級到了她們家的高級景觀標準間，年輕的女經理還將我們一直送到了我們入住的樓層，酒店的早餐非常豐富，應有盡有，早餐廳的服務員李楊小菇涼還為我送來了咖啡，詢問我對早餐是否滿意，還贈送了一盒小餅乾🍪，為她點贊，十四樓的客房服務員也非常好，見面主動問好，並詢問入住體驗是否滿意。我還要特別説一下中餐廳，菜品豐富，菜量大，味道超讚，有個小夥子服務員非常真誠，提醒我們不要點多了，怕我們吃不了，這麼好的餐廳我在大眾點評上確找不到，不知道為什麼，大眾點評上衹有西餐廳和宴會廳，我還是非常推薦中餐廳的，前面照片放不下了，我會將中餐廳的照片放在追評裏

體驗感很棒，兆豐酒店在承德當地也是熱門酒店，幾次看到有團體和論壇等活動在此舉辦。
酒店位置方便，房間面積大設施全，景色很好，送東西也很快，美中不足是窗簾電動開關有問題，需要手動打開。
這次來聯繫了預訂部的小於，溝通很順暢，態度友好服務到位，給我們一行升級的房間。品嚐了早飯豐富，服務人員負責到位，態度友好。下次還會選擇這裏的。

兆豐假日酒店入住感覺超棒，性價比超高的酒店，酒店前台小姑娘非常熱情，特別是張穎小姐姐，工作能力強，人長的也漂亮，有機會去承德還會選擇兆豐假日酒店（感覺就是兆豐國際酒店的孿生兄弟）誰住誰知道，相信我沒錯的！！！

酒店環境很好，房間佈局不錯，工作人員張月華宋照盈熱情耐心，預訂部的小新服務也很細心做了入住回訪，酒店衞生很乾凈，隔音效果也很不錯，餐廳味道很合我胃口，送了隔壁洗浴的門票，體驗了一下熱河水療，環境很不錯，還會再次入住

五一去承德，選擇了兆豐假日，定的是兩晚家庭套房，入住和服務體驗非常好，前台小姐姐和客房服務態度都很好，房間不小，乾淨整潔，有一面很大的落地窗，重點是沒有衞生死角！早餐也還不錯，種類比較多。之後再去承德肯定還會選擇這家酒店。
