As soon as you arrived at the hotel, I advised you to upgrade their Atour membership and buy their breakfast. The key is that the breakfast is really nothing. There is a stench from the sewer pipe in the room. After searching for a long time, I found that it was coming from the washbasin. There is a young fat guy at the front desk who is nice. The location is relatively convenient, just take the subway.

I almost never leave a negative review unless it really deserves one I stayed in this hotel for three nights. It does not mean that I approve of this hotel and stay there for three nights in a row. I have been in Chengdu for six days. I stayed at Manxin Hotel in Kuanzhai Alley for the first three days. Because I had finished playing in that area, I thought about staying in another area before continuing my play. Then I randomly chose this hotel, which is not near any tourist attractions. Then, my happy trip to Chengdu ended, and my unhappy journey began. I checked in at the hotel front desk and was advised to add 99 yuan to upgrade the room and bring breakfast. OK, added, asked for a quiet room. Check in and enter the room. When I opened the door of the first room, I could not bear the smell of sewerage. The second thing is that the room was larger, with a weird layout, but no smell. I told the waiter that this room was OK, and then I started to close the door and open the suitcase to get things. Then I found: there were curved body hairs on the desk, which even adults understand. And a hair stubble, the position is very obvious and clear. It must have been left on the table by mixing rags and wiping them. Vomit, vomit, there are gray hairs on the bedding. After the reaction, my attitude was quite good. I wiped the table with alcohol and changed the bedding, but I felt extremely alienated. In fact, at this time, I had already started to think about changing hotels. This was just a superficial problem that I could see, and I still don’t know what it was like that I couldn’t see. But I have been playing for three days, and I have to go to Sanxingdui that day, with an eight-year-old child and luggage. I don’t want to be too tired, and I don’t have enough time to find other hotels. I think Atour will not be too bad. So I changed to another room and went out to play. Around ten o'clock in the evening, I go back to the room, finish washing, and prepare to turn off the lights and close the windows to go to bed. The window couldn't be closed, so I called the waiter. The waiter came and tried but couldn't close it, so he asked me to change rooms! ! ! The child was already lying down on the bed and almost asleep. All the luggage and clothes were spread out. I almost wanted to curse. [This is the room I changed three times after adding 99 yuan to upgrade] After the child fell asleep, I didn't want to bother with it any more, so I didn't change it and slept in front of the street all night. When I had breakfast in the morning, I reported my room number. The breakfast attendant said that there was no breakfast in my room, so there was something wrong with it. The next day we played outside without incident, and on the third day we went to Du Fu Thatched Cottage after breakfast. Not long after arriving there, the child started to have a stomachache. I vomited for the first time at one o'clock in the afternoon. I returned to the hotel around three or four o'clock. I couldn't hold on anymore and called 120 at night. It was acute gastroenteritis. What I can confirm is that I was fine before going to bed the night before and my stomach didn't hurt. I started to feel stomach discomfort two or three hours after breakfast. I'm not sure it's the hotel's breakfast problem, so I didn't say anything. But the whole stay at this Atour store really brought a shadow to my trip to Chengdu. I have never encountered such a stay experience. The front desk asked for two panda hair cards, but I didn't ask for them. I didn't dare to ask for the panda dolls left in the room. Don’t want to bring bad memories home with you. The waiters, who are young and skinny boys and girls, have good attitudes, but others are really terrible.

The hotel has convenient transportation, warm service, and delicious breakfast. It is highly recommended.

Atour Hotel has 3-star price and 5-star service. The location is very good. The subway entrance is right at the door. It is convenient to go anywhere. Atour's bedding is really comfortable to sleep on. If you become a member, the room price is cheap, and breakfast is included when you check in. The key is that there is no charge for bringing children to eat, and there are free late-night snacks at night. Very cool!

If it weren’t for the two locked doors in the room, the consequences would be disastrous. The phone in the room is just a decoration. The safety of the room is not guaranteed. I will not stay again in the future.
