我住過全世界那麼多大小不同的酒店 這個酒店不管是衞生還是服務還是環境都是最差的！吃早點下米粉下麪條的兩位阿姨 把顧客當犯人一樣對待 脾氣暴躁像容嬤嬤 讓她在米粉里加點肉沫 她不但不加 還説我們這就是這樣 語氣特別拽 就不加 我説投訴才加了一絲絲 我跟經理投訴 經理也就是過來看看問我要什麼東西 而不是解決員工服務的問題 根本不解決問題 無視我的存在 第一次住酒店 住出委屈跟心酸！這個酒店從四面八荒傳來巨大的噪音 從白天到深夜再到早上都吵 有樓下放廣告的 有跳廣場舞的 有工地施工的 有店面放蹦迪曲的 吵到崩潰！衞生也是不達標 洗手間牆上全是女人的頭髮 臟死 我發誓以上我説的全是真的 沒有半句假話 唯一就是前台兩個小女生還是挺好的 ！

因為來成都沒有提前預訂酒店，臨時預訂了這家，很驚喜，前台小姐姐講話很温柔，在入住期間我遇到的前台小姐姐、晚上送宵夜（免費）的服務員、早上餐廳服務員，他們的服務素質都很高，真的是非常滿意且驚喜的體驗。

這一次入住很滿意，前台服務員在我未到電就提前溝通，問詢，得知我早上走得比較早，提前為我準備路早，還送到我的房間，晚上還送了泡腳，非常貼心，。如果有機會還會再來。
