Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Overall I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is new and the decor is very comfortable and the cleaning ladies are really really good at their job. The hotel takes client complaints seriously and tried to fix the problem quickly. The one major discomfort was what other reviews have also mentioned is that there is no air conditioning. The room stayed at 27-28 degrees even with the cooling fan they provided and with the window open. When I called the front desk she said because of the change in weather, they have clients asking for the heat to be turned on which I find hard to believe. The room never felt cold. My mom and I had trouble sleeping every night as we would wake up in sweat and we booked for 6 nights.
