The homestay environment is good, and the garden environment is good. The rooms are neat and clean. Xiao Zhao Xiaowang at the front desk served well. We brought our own barbecue ingredients. The store charged a charcoal fire fee, prepared tableware and oil, and put our ingredients on the plate. From 7 o'clock to 12 o'clock, Shui Bar Xiao Li has been with us and the service is super good. Very curiously, no mosquito bites at night, not super comfortable, highly recommended

1，房間燈壞的，閃了一夜；
2，浴巾、毛巾在地溝裏面滾過一樣；
3，拖鞋非常非常刺鼻；
4，浴室間下水道堵的；
5，杯託都發黴了，很劣質；
6，最不滿意的地方是：服務完全沒有跟上。價格定位如此高，設備跟不上，起碼服務跟一下吧，一點服務也沒有。晚上21點左右開始，一樓大堂，遊客一直吵吵鬧鬧到22點多，服務員在現場，不加以制止，電話聯繫酒店才出麪溝通。到23點半還是非常非常大聲的吵吵鬧鬧，上樓梯簡直就是拆樓梯。導致一夜沒有休息好。。。。強烈不推薦。

服務熱情，環境漂亮出片，有個院子有梅花鹿，可以餵食，小朋友很喜歡。房間也能看湖，是落地大窗户，早上起床心情很美好。美中不足的是房間門不太隔音，縫有點大了，建議店家買個密封條粘上去可能會好很多。

酒店環境沒的説，得天獨厚的撫仙湖景觀資源，非常適合度假，現在的價格也非常合適。房間裏的各種設施也很好用，乾淨衞生，前台小余非常盡職盡責，不僅來接我們，還帶我們看一下房間，仔細介紹餐廳，院子等等的位置和開放時間，晚上還貼心的送上牛奶，堅果等等，非常細心，人也很美哈哈哈，印象非常深刻，我父母對她讚不絕口。下次再來玩一定還選擇方寸間

酒店坐落撫仙湖較高的位置，開車很方便，可以很好的俯瞰撫仙湖的美景。酒店早餐特別贊，相比於傳統星級酒店的早餐，方寸間.拾方民宿的早餐都是自己精心準備的食材。民宿小姐姐小余非常熱心，提前給我們電話，我們問了一些關於撫仙湖的攻略，她也很耐心的回答，晚上給我們送牛奶，幫我們指引停車，很貼心的小姐姐。

戴眼鏡的小哥服務非常好，早餐也不錯，環境很滿意。唯一扣分的就是梅花鹿在發情期，店家沒有及時把它關起來，導致家人被誤傷，店家也積極處理了，還好沒什麼大礙。梅花鹿是亮點，也是容易發生意外的點，希望店家及時關注梅花鹿的情況，以免以後入住的客人遇到同樣的事。
