酒店服務態度很好！交通便利！有免費的洗衣服務！阿姨也非常好！離各大景點也非常近！特別是晚上還有免費的暖心粥！就在郴州站對面！強烈推薦朋友來住！

房間放3張床，位置不算大，但是睡的舒服😌就挺好的。服務人員的態度也很喜歡😘。酒店不新，離着火車站近，方便。離着步行街也不願，方便出行，到大的景點還是要打車才行。

7天酒店離郴州站很近，步行5分鐘就到了，離金國魚粉老鄧魚粉也很近。周圍公交車線路很多，出行很方便，友阿購物中心也在步行範圍內。住了兩天，房間乾淨衞生，還提供洗衣服務，前台也很熱情負責，退房時舊毛巾不要了，還特意打電話來詢問，是否是忘記了，細節做的很好。

空調設施老舊啊，10年前的空調比這種都好，前台也是沒有一點禮節禮貌，跟其它店完全沒有的比，房間小，麻將每一把都卡牌，卡牌就算了，連牌桌上牌也卡，停車不方便，要穿過馬路，凌晨無人值班看守，去取車要從車桿縫隙擠進去，毛巾也是發黃老舊，電視也是非常小，唯獨好的就是在路邊交通方便

衞生乾淨整潔，服務很好，住的舒服！

打電話打了6個，一個都沒有接。還有就是我沒有説需要打掃衞生，他們直接進去給我打掃了根本沒有詢問我的意見。服務質量差，不推薦
