Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at

Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

It was a very good stay nice hospitality staff are very friendly specially Priya & Visal, room are very good pool also superb in pool one instructor is there he was also very friendly! I will visit again for sure 👍nice climate superb breakfast 👍

Our experience at Taj kumarakum was wonderful. We were extremely happy to experience serene atmosphere, excellently maintained room facing the lagoon. The facilities offered was great and the property was well maintained. All the staff were courteous that made our stay comfortable there. Mr Vishnu made sure that my daughter enjoyed and was comfortable in the swimming pool. Ms. Priya made sure that all our needs and queries were addressed. In all we had a great experience.

My precious watch being stolen from the room. And no action being taken. this experience i never expect from Taj Group of Hotels. At least the follow up and the status of enquiry is not being shared to me. I will never recommend this property to any of my friend and relative.

Stebby: Commited to service Akshaya: Graceful and Kind These people make you the Taj. They stand for our Tata core values and make us remember our commitment to the brand. I miss the hospitality extended by Priya, the incessant coaxing of Manoj ji to try something he thought would appeal to my taste buds, Murugan, always waiting to add that special touch to clean the room or the courtyard if I wanted to sit out; Over time I have realised that peace is a state of mind. Beautiful property and life time experience.excellent staff and service.i got a room upgrade and I got Villa which was a mesmerising experience.reception staff especially Mrs Priya is very cooperative and attantive. Property is located on the banks of waymbenad lake

Wonderful family time as i went with my Mother ** and my son 28 3 generations but we all had a great time . Priya reception manager was so warm and super from greeting to her service She actually made our trip by upgrading us for a night to a poolvilla which made my Mom's experience so special.

We had a really really good time at this resort. The staff was super helpful, always smiling and careing!! The room was a delight. Watching the water as you wake up is bliss. Added to it is the monsoon which came visting too. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Dinesh Varma, Noyal, Priya and Vipin

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful heritage property. The place is an oasis of peace and quiet, where you can sit by the lake for hours, and listen to wild birds, read and watch stunning sunsets. The pool villa we had chosen was big and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake. We ended up hardly using the tiny private pool, but just the views from our villa made choosing it worthwhile. The hospitality was simply outstanding in every aspect, with personalised attention by every dept and every member of the staff - from the prompt replies to my email queries by Shine in reservation, to Priya in front desk, Vishnu at the pool, chef Manoj who would check in on us each day & recommend what to try, to the brave people who lent their bicycles to my kids to cycle round and round the property incessantly, to the evening cultural sessions which were simply stunning; each of these was a memorable experience in itself. The food (we had taken the breakfast + 1 meal package) was superb & with a lot of variety to choose from. The spa is a must try, with Dr Indu’s personalised consultation to help you choose options suitable for you . Our kids had a great time too with activities as kayaking, zip line & the pool to keep them occupied. The houseboat we hired for 4 hours was another memorable experience with phenomenal food! On the whole, an amazing experience that I would happily recommend!
