Our stay was great. The bed was super comfortable. The rooms were well layed out. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone i know. That being said, I had three minor issues. The night I arrived, another charge was added to my credit card, which was later corrected witjout any issue. Second issue, there is a vent fan in the bathroom, but there isn't a way to turn it on. We asked about that an nope, no switch for the fans in the bathrooms. The last issue was even more minor. In an attempt to make the bathrooms ultra modern, the toilet paper holders looked nice, but but the bar holding the toilet paper wouldn't stay in place. Im sure those toilet paper holders were not cheap. At the end of the day, these are slight aggivations, but I would definitely stay there again. Its a very nice and clean hotel.

The facility and accommodations were what you would expect. The customer service was not great as few staff made eye contact or only seemed to acknowledge us as guests if we were being corrected. We are a pretty tidy and friendly family, so it was abnormally unfriendly customer service.

The staff was friendly but the room was very dirty. Items still left in fridge. Just didn’t look like room was cleaned properly. Definitely won’t stay again.

The front desk staff was great, but we paid for a 4 or 5-star hotel and this property, in my opinion, is only a 2-star hotel.
The room was poorly designed, with two Queen Beds looking directly into the bathroom. I paid over $400 for two nights and I should have paid less than $100 per night. Beds were terrible, wife and I did not get any rest. Would not visit this hotel again

We liked that the property was close to the interstate and to so many stores and gas stations. We liked that it was quiet. We stayed in the queen suite so we were dismayed that a suite for up to 4 people only had two sets of towels. One towel was dirty so we asked for a replacement. There is also limited drawer space in these rooms which was unusual. In general, I think Marriott needs to rethink the design of these rooms for guests. Other than those issues, we enjoyed a quiet visit for the Thanksgiving weekend.
