"The lobby and public areas are bright and spacious, with the style of a chain hotel. The room facilities are standard, although they look a little old, they are basically useful. The local green brick tea that is always hot in the lobby is delicious, and I drink half a cup every time I pass by. What I am not satisfied with is that the tea room, fitness and other facilities on the third floor were not open during the Spring Festival. The restaurant only has private rooms and a very expensive menu, which is not suitable for ordinary families to eat out. There are not enough room service staff, and the training does not seem to be in place. The supplies after the extra bed need to be urged by phone again and again. In the middle of winter, they did not give the basic thick quilt, but only two very thin air-conditioning quilts. I almost got sick from freezing. They were not brought until I complained the next day. This should not be. In short, it is a relatively good accommodation for tourism and business trips, and there is still room for improvement."

"The room is very close to the high-speed rail station and far from the central area. The hotel is quite satisfactory. The breakfast is average and not very delicious. "First of all: the service is very good, whether it is the front desk staff or the cleaning/restaurant/welcoming staff, they are very friendly and they still stick to their posts during the Chinese New Year. There are welcome fruits and free mini bars. However, the facilities are indeed old, which is inconsistent with the price of more than 1,000 yuan. The wash basin has brown tea stains that seem to be unwashable. The room has a smell, and all the facilities do not feel like a high-end hotel. The sound insulation is not good, and the noisy children in the next room can be heard clearly. It was raining and cold on the day of check-in, and the bathtub on the balcony did not have the idea of ​​taking a hot spring bath at all."

"I just stayed in Chibi for one day. I originally wanted to just sleep and find a place casually, so I didn’t expect much. However, before the trip even started, I received a call from the hotel asking about the arrival time. When he heard that we would not arrive until 9pm, Manager Xu said that the weather was hot and arranged to turn on the air conditioner for us in advance, which was very heartwarming. I was particularly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The service was really five-star. The room was clean and tidy, and everything was fully equipped. When I checked out the next day, I found that my car was covered with a sunshade. It felt so comfortable for people who are traveling. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Chibi North Station, and it also takes about 10 minutes to go to Xinjiekou to eat and take Didi. I booked a deluxe double room, and the front desk upgraded it for free when I checked in, making the room larger. A deposit of 100 yuan will be collected on site first, because there are drinks in the refrigerator in the room for a fee. If you want to drink, you can deduct it from the deposit. If you don't drink, the deposit will be returned to you after checking out. When the front desk saw that there were children, they gave them toothbrushes and slippers. When entering and exiting, they rarely greet guests proactively and are not very enthusiastic. There is a music player in the bathroom so you can listen to music while taking a shower. There is an air purifier under the desk. It is easy to use but the sound is a bit loud, but it does not affect sleep."
