A good hotel although a little dated, comfortable beds.
Excellent location and wonderful view of the lake but a little expensive for what it offers.
Buffet breakfast plentiful but in my opinion needs improvement.

Fabulous location, excellent services, staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with typical products and mouth-watering homemade desserts.
The structure probably needs a slight "updating" to bring it closer to modern standards (especially as regards the bathrooms of the rooms), while maintaining that aura of a slightly retro classy hotel.

Compleet hotel/restaurant, ook geschikt voor grote groepen. Afzonderlijk restaurant, gezellige bar en afgescheiden animatieruimtes. Relatief klein zwembad en eerder bescheiden sauna (ook met Turks bad). De ruimte om skischoenen te drogen is niet goed uitgerust (hangers niet verwarmd).

Siamo ritornati all'Astoria e l'esperienza è stata straordinaria. Stanza spaziosa, piscina con acqua calda, grande SPA e molto bella, ristorante eccellente e personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. E poi biliardo, animazione non invadente e simpatica, squash, tiro con l'arco, ping pong... Torneremo di sicuro.

E’ il secondo anno che torniamo in questo hotel , spa nuova piscina grande, Staff molto cordiale , Anna prepara i dolci freschi per la cena e la colazione , il mio grazie va anche ad Emanuele il portiere di notte che mi ha aiutata con il mio bimbo che stava male durante la notte. Albergo dotato di squash, tiro con arco e a pochi minuti dalle piste.

Bel posto, camere un po' datate ma molto accoglienti, riscaldate, pulizia nella norma. Noi siamo stati bene e non ci è mancato nulla. Cucina più che sufficiente e colazione variopinta e abbondante. La posizione è ottima ed offre parcheggio. Personale giovane e gentile

Ho soggiornato assieme alla mia famiglia presso la Vostra struttura riscontrando fin da subito una carente pulizia della stanza oltre che arredamento datato e malconcio. Nonostante le varie recensioni negative in linea con la nostra, abbiamo potuto constatare che erano tutte fondate. Per essere un 4 stelle ha molti servizi ma tutti limitati e scarsi dovuti appunto dal tempo che passa. La nota più positiva di questi tre giorni sono stati lo staff giovane, dinamico, disponibile e gentile sia della reception che del ristorante/bar forse troppo per una proprietà che non investe nelle proprie strutture come meriterebbe il personale dipendente.

Personale gentile e accogliente sia alla reception che in sala ristorante. Animazione per bambini valida . Le camere avrebbero necessità di essere migliorate in merito all’ estatica , mentre per la spa purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa in quanto ci sono parecchi dislivelli sul Pavimento che causano ristagni di acqua a causa dei quali si scivola molto facilmente , come è accaduto a me …. Stavo per rimetterci la pelle , oltre che la schiena ! Peccato perché L’ hotel e merita davvero tanto . Esperienza ottima per la mia famiglia !
