I made a reservation for two adults, but when I entered the room, there was only one small single bed. I went to the front desk to see if I had the wrong room, but they said it was for two people. If two adults slept in a small single bed, their arms would hit each other, so I had no choice but to sleep on the floor. I think it is unusual for this small single bed to be provided as a room for two adults. This cost over 17,000 yen, which is a rip-off. It's not my intention to write bad things, but I did it so that no one else would have to go through the same worst experience of my life. There is no room for any sympathy towards the hotel management. What kind of upbringing could have formed a personality capable of such distorted management? I think.
