The hotel is in the heart of the city and that's about all that's going for it. Though it's a hill station, it's not always very cool and you just can't claim to be a 4 star with no air-conditioning in the rooms! When you are out all day, you need AC as an option if u need it and you need it. Just a fan in the room doesn't help. The staff is courteous but need training. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired and is not trained or equipped to deal with a full house

We had a great stay at the Kaachi Grand, celebrating a milestone birthday. The hotel is finished to a very high standard (our Sky Deck Double was very spacious) and the staff were all professional and friendly. I'm not a great fan of the way in which all Bhutanese hotels aimed at tourists offer standard buffets for meals but at this hotel the food was of a high standard and I thought the choices were fine. I really appreciated that they made us packed breakfasts for our 6am departure for Tiger's Nest. The hotel is located centrally and is very well run by Sonam.

Hospitality is very good. Overall experience is excellent at the hotel including food. Stay was good. Food was good. In Paro I think it is the best place to stay. Everybody should try at least once this hotel. Overall it is very good place to stay.

The best place to be in the village of Paro, restaurants and local shoppings are at the corner. Confortable, spacious rooms. The services are good and the spa is at the top excellence. If there is one point to complain, this would be the breakfast, it doesn´t fit with the hotel standard.

Great location, walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping. Spacious rooms, warm staff and delicious food. I would recommend this hotel for your next visit to Paro. The Spa was truly a welcome relief after our treak to the Tigers nest, even if you are not staying here comes for their spa which is well priced and worth every penny.

Enjoyed the stay . The staff is so so warm and they are always smiling and so helpful . The massage is a must do .. therapist has 11 yrs experience and after tiger nest it makes u feel so relaxed .The chef Birender also made such amazing dishes for us being vegetarian. Sonam has put such lovely artifacts .

We recently stayed at Kanchi Grand at Paro. A newly built property, right in the city centre. The property is quite well built with spacious rooms, enough amenities, good food and awesome service. Like most people in Bhutan, staff was really courteous and made our stay memorable. CEO, Mr Sonam, a down to earth person makes it a point interact, look at issues and make your stay wonderful. Chef Birendra Khatri made sure pure veg needs are also taken care off! Thanks to all at Kanchi Grand for making our stay in Paro memorable. See you soon.

Everything was excellent. I had come for a weekend away from work and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. I would definitely come back. Perfect location right in the middle of town. A nice gym and wellness center. The roof top bar has an amazing view

Excellent Hospitality, great service, DELICIOUS FOOD, and above all very courteous, Good Rooms, Excellent Upholstery, spotless matresses bedsheets and beautiful rooms. The staff were all very friendly and professional. They made it a memorable stay for us. We will definitely visit again.
