The complex is strongly said. On the way from the airport to Kishinev this institution is worth it. Clean, paphosno. In the rooms good clothing, cosmetics in the bathroom. But: water drinking even for sale NO!!! The refrigerator is empty. The shower cabin was set, but it works excluded. Served ONIN a young man in a sports suit, he took on the respiratory and breakfast, he respected! But he ONIN, so everything is very slow. And the price of the institution is not small, the same as in the center of the kishinev in the five networks

Good points: Large room (suite) A/C working well Kettle, cups, coffee sachets (no creamer) in room Staff - young lads & girls - polite, generally speak English, and try very hard - but there is no infrastructure supporting them Chef very good - but lack of necessary ingredients sometimes meant choices not available. Pool bar good (when open) but food not available at pool Bad points: Jacuzzi baths not working - in any room. This was a major disappointment - one reason for choosing this hotel. Many Pool tiles broken Pool waterfall not working Shallow “jacuzzi” in kids pool not working - dangerous holes where jets broken or removed No hot tub in garden (as claimed by some staff) Restaurant not working (at all) - meals only available in reception or covered area next to road Indoor swimming pool not available (not filled in summer) “Minibar” = empty fridge “Superfast WiFi” barely working, cutting off every few minutes in our room Fitness Centre locked Inside bar actually just the reception desk - no beer or other drinks available (except warm bottles of wine) in evening (when pool bar was closed). We spent here more days last week for a celebration. The visit was a pleasant surprise for me: a modern location and obvious efforts for keeping high standards. But...the neverending problem = the lack of staff. Here, for example, there is insufficient upkeep/maintenance team: impaired lock doors, a safety box closed [which they did not fix, despite our demand.], malfunction of HVAC device. In particular, the trouble with car parking: there is one much too small (only ab. 10 places) for a such large hotel (ab. 150 rooms). On the other hand - suitable trumps: large and comfortable rooms (as a superior category ones); good and various food for breakfast; young and kind desk staff, eager to learn and improve education. And I may their permission for a suggestion: get and keep the trend for environment-friendly servicing = it's not necessary to replace towels or glasses every day!...

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

High cost performance, real local cultural environment, not purely functional for overnight stay, the decoration is very new and clean, drink a tea on the small terrace in front of the gate, you are like a land guard, like it! Of course, you can’t ask for breakfast at this price. Go to the main street and walk 500 meters on the left hand side. It’s very convenient. There is a Muslim tea and meal opposite the hotel. Sitting and sitting have a different feeling.

My stay at the hotel : No elevator , no toiletries , no napkins , no water . Good thing next to it , go and buy .Everything on the site says that is included in the cost , and not in the living.The only plus is pure . In the bed room , the mattress is terrible , all in springs , it is impossible to lie . On the respiratory girl Yulia , not welcoming , not even greeting and this staff member is respiratory ? ! It's as if she came home to her. The appearance is not fit for the hotel , not presentative , not even a badge of name (and I am 4 stars for a minute)It doesn't even sit in its workplace , it is always not on the respiratory.I want to pay attention to the hotel management , Whom they take to work .And so you can stay without customers .I do not recommend anyone for such money ,stay in this hotel .
