電梯一股味道 房間有噪音 重點是 第一次見收按金退房以後一整天了還不退按金的 真的服了 啥時候退按金啊你們 第一次見壓 500 按金退房以後不退的？？？？

房間衞生間異味很大，而且洗澡的時候淋浴間門不嚴，瓷磚都是水，容易滑倒，性價比不高，這裏的價格可以完全住五星級套房了。房間隔音差，早餐基本沒東西吃，還不如如家酒店早餐呢！反正不推薦，不差錢就住就是了。

不值這價，裝修陳舊，牆面都有點發黴，地板都有點發白，下次不會住了。多預訂了一間前台也沒有核實，服務意識也有代提升。

沒拍照片是個遺憾，早就退房了，按金遲遲沒退，一路訂了這麼些酒店，要按金的很少，關鍵是到點不退，很值得懷疑其用意。本來入住就是誤入歧途，能值500多嗎？不信你就訂了感受。

大堂吧的服務人員 我問你有沒有筷子借我一雙 你像個老闆娘一樣坐在那裡給我説你去問餐廳看他們給你嗎？我想問你 你作為酒店員工 能不能微笑服務站起來回答我的問題 並告訴我餐廳在哪 垮起個臉給誰看 然後我拿來筷子又問你能不能幫我刷一下卡我沒帶卡 你在一次坐在那裡很冷漠的回答我 去找前台 一點服務意識都沒得嗎？你就不能幫我問一下？坐在那裡當菩薩嗎？真的入住你們酒店 這位服務人員的服務態度 讓我心情很糟糕 （7.28 中午大堂吧員工）
