The hotel is in the centre of the small town of Chrzanow with a car park around the back through which you can access the restaurant and hotel. The young man on duty overnight was very helpful even printing out papers sent to him via the internet for us. What I saw of the restaurant and the food looked fabulous although unfortunately I was too late to eat here."

"The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves. There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones. You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price."

"The TV only worked in advertising mode, I couldn't switch to any TV channels. When I reported the problem, the gentleman at the front desk said he didn't have another remote or batteries and that he was sorry. There was a screw sticking out of the wall in the shower cabin. In the breakfast room, the ceiling panels were damaged and the lighting was hanging loose."

"It is a guesthouse and has 7 rooms only (as the name mentions) clean and tidy . 15 minutes far form the train station by walk and 7 minutes to Auschwitz’s museum ..Not a big room but enough for 2 people . The only problem can be , if your check in time is after 8 pm. ( no any staff stay after this time ) . They have some other way if you check in after 8 pm . ( you need to mention that to guest house in advance if after 8 pm to be there ) Morning time , around 9 am , again we hadn’t seen anyone there (the staff or boss ) When we were back around 12 pm to pick up our luggage , ın front of the door was an old lady who helped to open the door (It was interesting that she didn't say a single word, not even a hello or goodbye)."
