We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet so we were able to sleep well after busy days of wandering around. Felt safe in the building. I would definitely stay here again. All the people who worked at the hotel desk were friendly.

Great short stay apartment, the location was on-point, a stone's throw to Liverpool st Station. Can be noisy as I was street facing. But very convenient all the same. I got upgraded to the penthouse, which was nice!

You stay here for the extra space, self catering and location. Decor is cheap and old. Bathroom a disgrace - broken toilet flush, mould in shower, door that doesn’t fit to washing machine. Bedroom has ludicrously tiny TV. Why only one picture in living room - otherwise walls are bare.

We left Liverpool Street station, crossed the road and there we were. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. Our flat was very, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay (fridge, microwave oven, plates, cutlery, cups, dishwasher, washer-dryer including washing powder etc.). Although it is quite a busy street and a lively neighbourhood, it was relatively quiet at night. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable!

Great location, clean apartment, friendly staff. The only negative thing was having to pay 25 £/hour for an early check in. First hotel I’ve ever stayed at where early check in wasn’t free of charge.

The room was not as described. It was filthy, and when we complained, the staff were rude and refuse to take any action to resolve the situation. There were numerous other occupants also complaining that same night.

The best feature about this hotel is its location. You can take the Elizabeth line train directly from Heathrow to Liverpool Street Station; walk across the street, and arrive at the hotel. It is well located for access to public transportation to get anywhere in and around London. There are both local restaurants within walking distance as well as well-known franchises.
The lobby and hallways are outdated and shabby. The room itself was fine. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities listed eg kitchenette with fridge and microwave and washer/dryer.
Pick this one for location and spend all your time exploring London.

Rooms were very spacious and clean although overall feel was a little dated. Staff were good and able to accommodate a 1 hour later check out. Was great having laundry facilities although a room add on could be a small clothes airer. Can’t beat location so no complaints overall.
