3.7/ 5This is the only hotel where I stayed in the UK because the number of children with them was too high. Obviously Ctrip can write on it, but the hotel does not recognize it, and it is useless to communicate with Ctrip, so I can only say sorry and follow-up improvements. Only an extra £45 can be reserved for other room types, and the accommodation experience is very poor.

4.7/ 5OutstandingIt is very close to the subway station, but the London subway continues its style, except that there is basically no elevator at the airport, and large luggage is difficult to walk. However, there are always enthusiastic people who will help, which is very warm. The hotel room is small, clean and comfortable, and the bed is comfortable. It continues the atmosphere of Indigo. All the soft drinks in the room are delivered. In London, where the price is high, it is kind. The front desk service was very nice and welcoming. I arrived on Christmas day, and the surrounding area was still a bit messy. It is better not to hang out alone at night
