Hotel Seth Santo Tomas

Beautiful hotel right next to the sandy beach. We spent most days swimming in the sea and pool .We stayed in a garden room , and enjoyed relaxing on the loungers looking across the pool area to the sea . The room was kept super clean, fluffy white towels in the shower room and the bed was very comfortable . The coffee machine in the room made lovely coffee which we enjoyed. There is a fridge in the room which helped to keep food and drinks from getting warm and was useful but not really cold enough to keep drinks chilled. The buffet breakfast was plentiful , good choice of yogurts , fresh fruit , nuts and cooked bacon, eggs etc. Buffet dinner offered lots of choice . I enjoyed the salads and cooked fish dishes in preference to the other hot dishes, There was something for everyone including pizza, chips , very tasty cheeses , breads and puddings. The staff were always helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We returned to this hotel after 8 years. It was just as good as before. Food excellent, staff very attentive. The life guards both had an incident in the pool, which they handled effectively and without fuss. The place is very very clean.. Amazing views.

We’ve stayed at the Hotel Santo Tomas many times and are never disappointed. All the staff are very friendly and efficient - Alex and Mafe on Reception, Juan Ramon and his dining room team (plus chefs), Avelina, Iris (our lovely chambermaid) and not forgetting the maintenance team. The whole hotel is always spotless and the gardens/pool are very well maintained. It is a wonderful location overlooking the beach and we are looking forward to staying at the hotel again next year. It’s not surprising that so many return people year after year.

What a wonderful hotel with its kind and helpful staff. Rooms and beds are so comfy, best I have slept on as I have a bad back. The pool area is pretty with lots of loungers and you are just a few minutes walk to the beach which is outstanding. I am a beach lover and this beach is beautiful. I have allergies and the restaurant staff were so helpful. We took my elderly parents with us and the hotel is completely accessible. We spoke to many guests who had been returning for many years which is a great recommendation. We will be returning. If you are looking for a luxurious stay in beautiful surroundings at a reasonable price, book hotel Santo Tomas.

This Hotel has most magnificent setting on headland over looking the Beach of Santo Tomas .Nothing is too much trouble for any of Staff from arrival at Reception ,Chambermaids ,Bar Staff ,Restaurant,Malibu,Chefs everyone . Rooms are comfortable clean beautiful views.Gardens are well maintained swimming pools good gym if you need too.Really looking forward to next year 😊😎🧁🍻🏖️

I've never been to Menorca before. This hotel was very nice. Staff were helpful and they put up with my attempts at Spanish. (Approx A-level for UK readers to get an idea) Nice food and nice room with what was said to be a side sea view but really was a full one looking to the west and Mallorca. One day they forgot to service our room, but that's no big deal. I don't clean out my own bathroom every day. I think we were the only guests on the floor by then. Pool is nice but a bit cool: probably around 20 degrees. The sea was warmer. Some observations:- Nice to have a kettle in the room but you need to get your own milk. Small fridge very useful, but works best with the cabinet door open to allow cooling. Food is nice but you won't find it all like in the UK (Why would you? It's Spain!) e.g. Bacon usually underdone or stuck together. Try something different! Free parking about 200m to the east of the hotel by the children's playground, where there is also a place to fill up your water bottle. (So, despite what people say, you CAN drink the tap water and it tasted fine to me.) We hired a car. Public transport, at the end of the season when we were there was a bit scarce. If you DO hire a car, don't take up the "bring it back empty" offer. We drove somewhere almost every day and only used half a tank. If there's a wind from the SW, it's too rough to swim from the beach, but drive north and there are sheltered bays where you can swim. At the end of October the sea was still around 22-23C Interestingly, as it was rather windy, the noise of the waves at night was a bit intrusive, as they broke along the beach, despite the double glazing. It took me a couple of days to mentally screen that out. (Not the hotel's fault!) Masses of fascinating archaeology on the island. Talaotic Culture. To my shame, I knew nothing of it: I do now! No evening entertainment when we were there: Bliss! I HATE evening entertainment. If we return to Menorca, we would be happy to come back to this hotel. I'm sure you'll like it.

Very bice staff, great room, view and amenities. Dinner and breakfasy buffet was reasonable. The only issue we had was with the regular evening live music playing directly underneath our room

Staff were excellent, friendly and very professional. Hotel,grounds and room super clean.Just a couple of observations, coffee and tea supplied in room,but no long life milk! The fridge in room is completely enclosed, with no ventilation,so is surrounded by it's own heat which makes it useless,it needs some vents in the cupboard.Restaurant very clean ,food typical hotel buffet style so always something you could find.If dining later be prepared to eat salad,and cold dessert off hot plates,as they have been re washed .Enjoyed our stay ,ideal hotel for lying by the pool or on the beach ,or you are a good walker.Not much to explore near by .really need a car if you want to get out and about or if staying longer than a week.Buses were on winter service at the beginning of October.Lots of places in other resorts were closed .

I removed my last review..I felt I was being unkind. Pros. The staff The room and cleaning standards The view The location. Problems. The room we were allocated was not the best , no storage space, not enough space in wardrobe for two people.. We did not unpack. We were moved next day (at a cost, which was 100% better), feel we lost 2 days of the much needed holiday. Pilar was so kind to us, she could see how upset I was My husband had a bad fall on the bottom step on ground floor ( regular guests told us it has happened often, would suggest a warning sign?) Mafee in reception was so kind and dealt with it at once.Many Thanks, he has had to have further treatment since coming home) Food quality (personal opinion) has gone down a bit..sometimes, still good, sometimes not. The housekeeping team are at the top of their game Thankyou lovely Iris (sorry about the chocolate :-) ) Yes we would and most likely will come back. We both feel safe and looked after here. At the risk of being boring, the staff are the jewel in their crown. We like the area, suits my husband, flat walking. We enjoyed a trip to Mountains and city. Used local bus, used local restaurants most days at lunch/drinks. An issue with Malabui( separate review) This one is our favourite in the area.
