The property was in the heart if it all and view from room was spectacular!We thoroughly enjoyed pool time and the suana waas delightful!The valet parking could use a better system -understaffed!

Loved this hotel! Stayed with a friend for 5 days and it was amazing! Staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Plan to come again!

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. What I would say needs improving is the infomation provided to guest when first checking in. We checked in early in the morning and understood our room would not be ready until 4pm. However we were never told about or provided with a temporary arm band that would have made our first few hours at the resort more enjoyable and less confusing. Having to explain to beach chair patrol, towel people and the like, that we didnt have a room number yet was awkward and annoying. It wasn't until early afternoon when the security guard stopped us from entering the pool area did we find out we should have received this at check in. Something to work on!

Very nice place to stay Staff is very helpful especially the girls that serve the coffee and breakfast fare in the morning in the lobby It is fairly expensive but we like it there We love sitting out on the balcony and watching the traffic go by

Our do not disturb sign was removed and taken and our room was serviced when we specifically did not want it serviced. We were only there for ~2 days and did not want someone moving our things around to make the bed and clean the vanity.

We had a great stay. Staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. The only complaints that we had are that it was noisy at night when the bar had live music and the carpet in the room was pretty dirty. Other than that we loved it.

Would have been better if we didn't get woken up to weights being dropped on the floor at 5am each morning at the gym one floor beneath our room. Would recommend asking for a room away from that area.

Hotel rooms need updated, noisy with the bar and bands playing across the street. Employees were friendly & room was clean.

This is our 2nd stay here and it’s a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is very nice- spacious rooms and helpful team. I had a professional conference at the hotel so that was very convenient. The problem I had is that the restaurant/bar across the street was unbeleivably loud into the wee hours. I cannot believe there isn't a noise ordinance against this. The noise kept me up until midnight both Friday and Saturday, even with white noise blasting. I reported this issue to the front desk and they said they would "try to contact the restaurant but that they couldn't guarantee the music would be turned down." I looked at the bar's reviews and I'm not the only one who has experienced this. If I stay again, I will ask to stay in a room opposite to that noisy bar.
