The Staff was outstanding they made us feel welcome and we are going to recommend that hotel to our out of town guests when my fiancé and I get married in March

Lavonnya at the front desk was pleasant and extremely helpful. After checking in. We went up to the room and it was not clean. It had one bed *****ped but not made, and there was a water glass left out. After explaining this to Lavonnya, she jumped into action getting another room for us, and was apologetic for the mix up. Her professionalism and genuine concern was a delight. We will keep this location in mind for future travels because of Lavonnya.

I liked that the a/c worked well and it was quiet. I did not like that the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dishes were full of slimy water build up and there was NO water pressure, water from sink tasted disgusting . Trash cans dis not have bags in them. For the proce per night, at $250, i would think this hotel would step up a notch. I usually l9ve Fairfield but this 1, i will not stay here again
