Terrible. It’s in bad state, very dirty. The bathroom is awful, rusty, small and the shower head looks disgusting. The tv signal went off, things were dusty. The breakfast was awful, very limited and the eggs were undercooked and too expensive.

It was just ok. but the best option in the area for my needs. I will most likely stay at NH Coatz if i am made to return to Coatzacoalcos.

por el precio está excelente, regresaría al hotel si volviera a la ciudad sin duda, puede haber algunos detalles menores pero son insignificantes si tomas en cuenta el consto de la habitación

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, es increíble que los pisos de las habitaciones estén rotos y desgastados ! Lo rescatable es la muy buena atencion en el restaurante, de la gente que atiende, mesero y la señora que prepara las quesadillas !!! Los felicito a ellos por su servicio

Me parece que tienen pulgas ya que amanecí con las piernas llenas de ronchitas. Lo atribuyó a qué es un Hotel en donde te puedes hospedar con tus mascotas. Yo iba solo.

Es un hotel que necesita actualización y mantenimiento, pero es extraordinaria su atención, limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. Nosotros tuvimos siempre nuestro, cuarto limpio, aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, agua caliente, internet, cama comoda y botellas de agua todos los días, eso nos permitió una excelente estanciany descanso.
