We quite enjoyed our stay, although I exhausted the knowledge of my spanish quite early, much to the annoyance of the staff as no one on staff speaks english. They were as patient as could be, especially the gentleman that received orders for the kitchen, and what fantastic meals they were. Easily digestible, for the most part, and well made. Sometimes I dream of the torta... anyway the pool is quite worn, the hot tub to... or rather just ”tub”. Despite the slight disrepair, the staff, night guard included, are most warm and helpful. I would certainly go back in the future should the occasion arise, but ye be warned: Hotel Los Andes is a wonderful place, but navigating the town on your lonesome can prove to be dangerous. Please rely on the desk staff for transportation if you cannot manage to find your own. Uber is also an option, although according to our driver Uber has yet to be made legal in the area. If you are attempting a trip from the hotel to the airport I shall also warn you that many, if not all of your prospective drivers may cancel before pick-up (Uber). Anyway, Hotel Los Andes is in need of some repair, but it functions in every area that counts at 110% in whole due to its dedicated staff. I certainly recommend it.

I host the hotel from 30 December 2020 to 3 January 2021, it is a hotel with facilities perhaps sometime were 5 stars, now far from that rating, need maintenance in certain areas, for example, The hotel is a spectacular, very beautiful, large, and clean, certainly a wonderful hotel. The room was fine, fulfilled what I promised, two comfortable beds, a large screen with Sky (which would have been very smart to see Netflix on the rain day we had to be) and the bath was large, Water with excellent water pressure, hot water more not boiling. The restaurant looked very beautiful and elegant, although it needs a lot of maintenance in its finishes, it hurts that the food in the place is bad, even at the end of the year, He touched us with pig shells in different sauces that looked rather cartridge with sauce, a badly prepared salad that only disappoint you to see a appetited and badly tasted plate, the only saveable was the posters, Because even for the brindisi we were given a flaut cup lambrusco, in summary, the hotel, estetically looks good, with its details, but looks very good, its staff is very careful and service, they have excellent treatment for the guest, the hostel is wonderful, The only bad thing in the place is your food, and restaurants do not provide home service to the hotel for your distance.

Busque un hotel donde pasar 1 noche para descansar que me quedara de paso y encontré este a buen precio y en general me gustó, a favor puedo decir que tiene buen precio, buena ubicación, esta dentro de una plaza comercial y ahi mismo tienes bares, comida y frente cruzando la calle esta liverpool y un centro comercial con mas opciones de. Comida. Me sentí en zona segura, tienen estacionamiento gratis, la habitación muy bien, solo las almohadas son demasiado suaves, y el baño esa ”puerta” que tiene, bi te da privacidad, ahh y wue se torna muuy resbalosa la loseta así wue importante usar chanclas de baño, el hotel estaba limpio, tiene a/c una mesa tocador tv, y demás amenidades, en general me. Gusto volveré a hospedarme con ellos en otro estado. Lo único que no me encantó fue 1) la recepcionista, nada agradable parece que te hace un favor, 2) las almohadas demasiado suaves 3)el bañoooo esa media puerta de cristal que ni es puerta ni tapa nada... No me. Imagino con diarrea y esa puerta y el aroma en la habitación... 😬😬

Sadly, this Holiday Inn is falling apart. Broken tiles at both entries, frayed bedding. The staff wasn’t overly friendly like other HI I have stayed at. The beds and pillows were still really comfortable like I expected from HI and the rooms were clean. Needs new paint and a good renovation. I would go back to Fiesta Inn next time which isn’t my first preference because I love the Holiday Inn in general.

The restaurant looked very beautiful and elegant, although it needs a lot of maintenance in its finishes, it hurts that the food in the place is bad, even at the end of the year, He touched us with pig shells in different sauces that looked rather cartridge with sauce, a badly prepared salad that only disappoint you to see a appetited and badly tasted plate, the only saveable was the posters, Because even for the brindisi we were given a flaut cup lambrusco, in summary, the hotel, estetically looks good, with its details, but looks very good, its staff is very careful and service, they have excellent treatment for the guest, the hostel is wonderful, The only bad thing in the place is your food, and restaurants do not provide home service to the hotel for your distance.

We quite enjoyed our stay, although I exhausted the knowledge of my spanish quite early, much to the annoyance of the staff as no one on staff speaks english. They were as patient as could be, especially the gentleman that received orders for the kitchen, and what fantastic meals they were. Easily digestible, for the most part, and well made. Sometimes I dream of the torta... anyway the pool is quite worn, the hot tub to... or rather just ”tub”. Despite the slight disrepair, the staff, night guard included, are most warm and helpful. I would certainly go back in the future should the occasion arise, but ye be warned: Hotel Los Andes is a wonderful place, but navigating the town on your lonesome can prove to be dangerous. Please rely on the desk staff for transportation if you cannot manage to find your own. Uber is also an option, although according to our driver Uber has yet to be made legal in the area. If you are attempting a trip from the hotel to the airport I shall also warn you that many, if not all of your prospective drivers may cancel before pick-up (Uber). Anyway, Hotel Los Andes is in need of some repair, but it functions in every area that counts at 110% in whole due to its dedicated staff. I certainly recommend it.

Busque un hotel donde pasar 1 noche para descansar que me quedara de paso y encontré este a buen precio y en general me gustó, a favor puedo decir que tiene buen precio, buena ubicación, esta dentro de una plaza comercial y ahi mismo tienes bares, comida y frente cruzando la calle esta liverpool y un centro comercial con mas opciones de. Comida. Me sentí en zona segura, tienen estacionamiento gratis, la habitación muy bien, solo las almohadas son demasiado suaves, y el baño esa ”puerta” que tiene, bi te da privacidad, ahh y wue se torna muuy resbalosa la loseta así wue importante usar chanclas de baño, el hotel estaba limpio, tiene a/c una mesa tocador tv, y demás amenidades, en general me. Gusto volveré a hospedarme con ellos en otro estado. Lo único que no me encantó fue 1) la recepcionista, nada agradable parece que te hace un favor, 2) las almohadas demasiado suaves 3)el bañoooo esa media puerta de cristal que ni es puerta ni tapa nada... No me. Imagino con diarrea y esa puerta y el aroma en la habitación... 😬😬

Sadly, this Holiday Inn is falling apart. Broken tiles at both entries, frayed bedding. The staff wasn’t overly friendly like other HI I have stayed at. The beds and pillows were still really comfortable like I expected from HI and the rooms were clean. Needs new paint and a good renovation. I would go back to Fiesta Inn next time which isn’t my first preference because I love the Holiday Inn in general.

We quite enjoyed our stay, although I exhausted the knowledge of my spanish quite early, much to the annoyance of the staff as no one on staff speaks english. They were as patient as could be, especially the gentleman that received orders for the kitchen, and what fantastic meals they were. Easily digestible, for the most part, and well made. Sometimes I dream of the torta... anyway the pool is quite worn, the hot tub to... or rather just ”tub”. Despite the slight disrepair, the staff, night guard included, are most warm and helpful. I would certainly go back in the future should the occasion arise, but ye be warned: Hotel Los Andes is a wonderful place, but navigating the town on your lonesome can prove to be dangerous. Please rely on the desk staff for transportation if you cannot manage to find your own. Uber is also an option, although according to our driver Uber has yet to be made legal in the area. If you are attempting a trip from the hotel to the airport I shall also warn you that many, if not all of your prospective drivers may cancel before pick-up (Uber). Anyway, Hotel Los Andes is in need of some repair, but it functions in every area that counts at 110% in whole due to its dedicated staff. I certainly recommend it.
