The location of this hotel is amazing, with fantastic views out to sea. Unfortunately it was spoiled for us by the mosquitoes that ate us alive for the two nights we were there. It's probably a combination of the time of year and the wet weather, but it was a real problem: after the first night we both had more than 20 bites each on our faces, and more on our hands and arms. We mentioned it to the person serving breakfast in the morning (I think the owners were away) but she was just dismissive, no offer of help (even a citronella candle would have been something). The breakfast itself was excellent, however.

The place is amazing! Great location on the southwest. Close to Cascais, Sintra and Cabo da roca. It is cosy, very good breakfast, breathtaking views and good service. We stayed 3 nights and we had a wonderful time. I totally recommend it, you won’t regret it.

What can we say! It’s an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay and exhale. The staff and owner are the nicest and most genuine people. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are impeccable! We will be back !! Thank you !!

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Superbe view, great room, lovely swimming pool, excellent breakfast! Simply wonderful! It is a geraakt location to go either to Sintra or Lisbon. Both nearby. Also some beaches at 19 minutes driving distance.

Very beautiful and large room with unique decor with terrace offering incredible views, deckchairs, table, chairs and parasol!

A rather late check-out (12 p.m.) & the possibility of enjoying the swimming pool after check-out
But a quality/price ratio to be reviewed (€274 per night), because a few “details” need to be rectified (strong smell of humidity in the room, broken bathroom window & literally falls on our personal belongings, only 1 towel shower for 2, only 1 pool towel for 2, broken corkscrew, 1 chair for 2 on the private terrace, 1 broken & unusable deckchair on the private terrace, average cleanliness of the room (stains on the towels, carpets, insects on the shower ceiling, traces of wear in the toilets, glasses of wine in the room with a bad smell), 1 shared jacuzzi left covered & of rather questionable cleanliness & which does not invite you to immerse yourself in it , & 1 rather average breakfast for such a high price (for example, we expect fresh orange juice rather than a brick juice)
We are not trying to be demeaning, but rather to be fair in the quality/price ratio.
A little more love would make all the difference, & we would have absolutely nothing to complain about :-)
We believe that constructive comments can help a lot.

The place is wonderful. But there is no service: a broken bedside lamp not replaced, bottles of toilet soap not refilled, breakfast service without service, and I will forget about the billing errors.
