This hotel is brilliant. Central location, very quiet in room, comfortable bed and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Will definitely be back.

The location is great. After arriving, wait for half a day before a clerk comes. Very noisy outside on weekend nights. The Wifi is very unstable, and the video cannot be watched. The milk used to make instant coffee has expired.

Our room was on the top floor ( family room) the room itself was clean and they had provided extra beds for our two small children. The air conditioning was very poor, so bad that we all didn’t sleep well that night. Also the hotel is next to a busy loud bar that had very loud music going on until 2am. ( we stayed a Saturday night)

Great location, newly refurbished rooms, car park next door and our room was quiet. BUT we arrived late at night, our room wasn’t set up for us as no bed made up for my son and 1 set of towels. Horrified at breakfast to see the staff member leaving cutlery on the table and wiping around it and the condiments. Unhygienic and not acceptable in any restaurant.

We booked a last-minute get away over the bank holiday weekend and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very centrally located and the car park is right opposite - I could actually see my car from the window of our room! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Staff were really polite, friendly and helpful. Extra thanks go to Luigi who went out of his way to make sure our stay was excellent and that we had everything we needed. He even brought us some ice cubes after he saw us returning to our room with some refreshments!! Premier Inn? More like PREMIUM Inn! Thank you!

My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the hotel and appreciated the accessible room and walk-in shower as I am unable to get into a bath. Our room was clean and fresh. The restaurant was also clean and the food well presented with smart and helpful staff, Luigi was especially helpful and had a very cheerful disposition. The English breakfast was very good and the meal deal was excellent value.

Absolute first class service. I am awaiting surgery so on crutches at the moment. From the moment I entered the building nothing was too much trouble.. Accessible room near to the lifts, iced water in the restaurant as I’d had a very long journey. Help with my bags was just a few things This has been such a pleasurable experience and I can’t recommend the service of Oussama & Luigi definitely be returning
