Amazing view! Beautiful clean hotel. Friendly staff. We went for our honeymoon and were treated well. Highly recommended location. Great local pizza restaurant within walking distance. We had a car so able to explore neighbouring villages. Also got a ferry to Bellagio which was a good explore.

Best room, executive, with large balcony and high end shower...best views of the lake and mountains...Great breakfast, very close to boat to go anywhere on the lake. Also very close to Lugano, a beautiful city that is well worth a visit.

This is a little bit older property but very charming with a beautiful setting. Simple but delicious breakfast.

Absolutely amazing hotel in the best possible place on the lake. We stayed in the executive suite so more modern and with a view. The staff were so so friendly too. I would stay here again we loved it.

In the Superior bedroom there was No english breakfast teabags, no proper wardrobe space for ladies long clothes, no proper drinking cups. There was a cost to use the safe?

I don’t usually write bad reviews but make an exception this time. This place looks like a bad hostel and not a 3 star hotel.
Room was outdated, broken, water shower leaking all over the room. Ants on bathroom’s floor.
They give you only sheets and no blankets (although nights are cold).
Dinner at hotel restaurant was literally awful and I got sick the next day.
At breakfast they didn’t even let me fill by little daughter’s bottle with water. Said it’s for drinking only near the table.
There are hundreds hotels in Lake Como. I highly recommend to avoid this one.

We ordered a new room with a lake view, the first one we were shown had a side view but a very nice round bed. The staff, seeing that the view did not impress us, suggested another room with a terrace and a direct view of the lake, and additionally with a steam sauna. It was the nicest room we have ever had and, importantly, no extra charge.
The hotel is located close to the towns of Gravedona and Domaso and close to the ferry stop. The weakest element were the men's toilets at the restaurant, where there was no toilet bowl. Breakfasts are tasty, but with a very small selection, 3 types of cereals, yogurts, 3 types of cold meats, scrambled eggs, croissants and cake, with tomatoes and cucumbers, and apples and bananas as fruit. Additionally, 2 types of yellow cheese. It looks really modest, but everything was fresh.

Everything was great except the A/C in my room did not work which is a bummer when you pay 330€/night. I asked the front desk to move me to another room but they were fully booked. Luckily it wasn’t too hot outside but still, the A/C was needed. Other than that, everything was great.
