I did pre check online but was still asked for my credit card information upon arrival. I had to tell the young lady checking me in that I had already provided this. We were giving a room with two double beds instead of a king size room. When I asked why this was, I was told the king size rooms were out of order, whatever that’s supposed to mean. I was not told this until we had actually gone into our room and seen two double beds instead of a king size bed. When I asked if I could have a room with two queen size beds I was told they were already booked. The tub had some type of nonslip barrier peeling off of the bottom. We tried to charge our bar bill to our room and we were told that that was impossible because there was a new system in place that wasn’t working. This was also true in the restaurant. I have stay at this hotel, many times, and was always very pleased with the service and the facilities but not this time. The hotel itself was clean and the restaurant and Bar staff couldn’t have been nicer. We have had Roy as a bartender before staying there and he’s a great guy. The waitresses in the restaurant were exceptional too. The front desk staff when we checked in was lacking. One young lady was even playing on her cell phone on the side over by a computer.
