I enjoyed my stay in Hyatt. Close to Olympic Plaza and everywhere I need to go. Rooms are compfy and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large and clean and breakfast was great. Parking was horrible. There is only metered parking. The only parking lot at the hotel is Valet only for $29. Meter is very expensive and you need to still pay on Sunday and Holidays. You are forced to pay for Valet.

This hotel was very much just okay. It took us quite a while to get checked in and once we did the people in line right behind us were also assigned to our room so a few minutes after we got settled we had to go back to the desk to sort that out. The room also had crumbs everywhere and hairs in the sink so we were switched to another room which was a bit cleaner. There was a lot of noise outside in the middle of the night that I could hear very clearly so I didn’t sleep very well, but the breakfast was really great for a free hotel breakfast. The front desk staff in the morning were also much friendlier and the lobby area is very nice. Some parts of this stay weee great and others were pretty bad, but overall it was alright. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to tell other people not to.

Location was good. There is no parking on site unless you valet. Others have to park im a shady garage across the street passed a major bus hub.

Mandatory $29/night is a little annoying considering the valet is literally 2 feet away from the exit of the hotel and could easily be regular parking and get the car yourself. The valet driver was nice though and suggested places to go.
The location is a little sketchy considering it is across from a public bus transit center but it is also in the middle of downtown with plenty of restaurants to walk to so it makes up for it.

I drove for more then 16hr straight, I need it a room to relax and this hotel really meet all my expectations. Pillows and bed where so soft that I did rest and did not feel the night.

Neighbors had a party at 1am. Front desk was called and they handled it in less than 5 minutes. Courteous staff. Clean pool and lobby. Within walking distance to many restaurants.
