Worst hotel ever. The staff are out of their minds. This one girl there is straight off her rocker. Don’t go here and don’t waste your time and money with horrible manager and staff

Service was great everyone was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great on sight laundry and also a gym. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

My biggest issue is that i was contacted 2 hours prior to check in, while traveling to the location, and informed that the room i requested was no longer available. I was not told why it was no longer available. I was offered a room i passed on when booking my stay. I had little choice but to accept the room that was offered.

Upon my arrival, I was treated very kindly and the staff was so hospitable. This morning, different staff, different tone. I wanted to extend my stay for one more night but was treated ever so rudely for even attempting. While I was trying to decide if I was going to extend my stay, I was simply confirming that my late checkout request was still being honored. Who I spoke with (the assistant manager) verbatim said “have you looked outside? The weather is too bad for housekeepers to show up and we’re understaffed” … kind of a rude way to speak to someone in the HOSPITALITY business. Then when I was trying to rebook the same associate (assistant manager) was extremely rude and made it very difficult so I decided to just check out. I know that my personal affairs shouldn’t matter while staying in a hotel, but the only reason I booked this stay was because I was just diagnosed with a terminal disease, had a friend purchase me a gift card, and I booked just for a little getaway and to have a tub because I’m in so much pain. I cannot believe I was treated like a nuisance. The assistant manager for this property shouldn’t be doing anything other than assisting herself a different career because hospitality is most certainly not her strong suit.

Room was great! It was clean and comfortable. Only small amounts of green space around for “pet areas.” To be noted, the pet fee listed on ******* is wrong. It is really $75 just so other pet owners know!

Loved our room! Very clean and well maintained, loved the staff as well. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and smiley. The snack shop was wonderful! And the atmosphere in the lobby was fantastic. Anything you might have needed was sitting in our room so we didn't want for anything. Overall fantastic stay and we'll be returning again.

Missed a call from a Columbia TN phone number during lunch a few hours prior to check in!!! They didn’t leave a voicemail. I returned the call, staff said that they couldn’t accommodate my two queen bed room. A FEW HOURS prior to check in!!!! We were upgraded to a suite with a king size bed and sofa bed that was the most uncomfortable bed in the world.. disappointing that there was no confirmation sooner so that I could find another hotel with two queen beds.

Facilities and room were in pristine condition and enjoy staying here. Was very disappointed that advertised pet fee ($50) was not only wrong (actually $75), but I was charged another $14 in taxes/fees for the pet fee. Would not consider staying again with so many hidden fees.

Received a voice mail around 3:30 that the hotel was overbooked and there would not be a room available for me. I called the hotel back and they eventually gave me a room, not the one that I had reserved. The hotel blamed the overbooking issue on *********. Not sure who was in the wrong on this one. Also the elevator was out of service one day.

Hotel qas clean but staff was incompetent when we had problems with tv not workinf staff had no clue what we was talking about called IT they told us to call front desk they should know what we need come to find out the tv was missing components to stream movie..they found another piece out of another room we had to go get it ourselves and plug it into tv ourselves which did not work due to the components are matched with room numbers.....they did offer us a new room but i have a medically complex child with lots of medical equipment so this was not an option.....kitchen stove wouldnt work called front desk they had no clue how to work it.....asked for the manager to call us on the. 2nd day of the stay and still haven't heard from them....we left the hotel at 8am and returned at 430pm for medical treatment for said child.they manager wasnt in when we was there when we asked .....we had to go to front desk everytime we needed something also

Spent one night here on March 25th, 2023. Very comfortable and clean.. this appears to be a newer hotel. Would stay here again

My room was as pictured online. Modern, clean, and very quiet. All lighting was LED, with ample USB charging ports throughout the room. The kitchenette was spotless, and featured an electric hot plate, full-size microwave and refrigerator. Actual glass and ceramic dishes were stocked and ready for use, along with cloth towels, pot holders, and other useful utensils. A coffee maker, Pyrex cookware, stainless steel pans, and ironing board and iron came standard. The bathroom was extremely spacious and modern, with a large LCD backlit mirror, full-size bathroom vanity with storage, and a pristine stand-up shower bay. Everything was spotless, although the shower water pressure was too low in order to enjoy the features of the Moen multifunctional rain showerhead. The two queen beds featured firm mattresses, soft sheets, and both firm and soft pillows. Again, everything was meticulously clean. The hotel did not have a restaurant, nor was complimentary breakfast provided. Instead, a well-stocked pantry of various items were available that could be purchased and prepared in the privacy of your room. This included fruits, microwave entrees, soups, and other prepared meals. Many beverages were also available. The hotel also included an impressive workout area and complimentary laundry facilities, but I didn't use. The hotel is 100% smoke free, with covered designated smoking areas well apart from the entrance. Parking is ample and well illuminated. A great hotel! 👍
