This hotel is gorgeous and the service was great. I’ve never wanted to steal the furniture before, but their esthetic is the perfect blend of mid-century modern and library. There are books and fireplaces everywhere you look.

Enjoyed the space, room, restaurants, and service. Super clean and unique. The only downside—thin walls and ceilings. There was a party of some kind in the hotel event area on the floor below me: loud music, people screaming, running in the halls until 3am. While this is less about the hotel and more about guest etiquette, i wish the hotel itself had more soundproofing and perhaps some kind of system for dealing with noise.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. A little more info on our room and what was charged to it would have been nice because we got charges we didn’t realize we would get (small ones but still) and the front desk guy was a little too “friendly”. The room was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I was shocked at how good the food was. I would come back just to eat. The hotel itself was breath-taking. We will definitely be coming back. The stay was 10/10 minus the small inconvenience.

The hotel Is beautiful but when we checked in there were some things I felt should have been explained to us. For instance, they did not tell us we needed our key to make the elevator go to our floor. And they did not explain that the roof top bar required reservations.

We loved the vibe of this hotel and the facility was very clean upon arrival, however during our 4 day stay at the 3rd afternoon I did have to ask that housekeeping be sent to our room as they did not seem to make daily appearances as I am accustomed to in hotels. We are very tidy travelers but we still did need items such as washcloths and in room coffee and cups to be replenished and trash to be emptied which was not being done until I asked. Other than that everything was wonderful. The decor is chic and the lobby is extremely welcoming and private feeling for intimate conversations despite its spacious size. The attached tavern/restaurant was a great dining option on the evening that it happened to rain and leaving the hotel seemed a bit daunting.
