"The room was a disaster. The bathroom shower was completely covered in mold. The service was terrible. Food was simply brought to the table without any explanation – it was a case of "take it or leave it." The beach was completely covered in moldy seaweed that stank to high heaven. I can't understand how they can offer guests such a room. It was booked through GTA Touristik. I wonder if they don't check what they're booking."

The cleaning personnel was coming daily to clean and refill the bathroom with toiletries if necessary. Also, the breakfast was varied and tasty. The kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly."

I have stayed at many hotels in Mamaia but this one is outstanding. -The location of the hotel is right next to the pedestrian area, with many terraces and close to a beach where you get a discount on sunbeds. -The room is spacious enough and very clean, equipped with everything you need - TV, AC, balcony, quality bed, immaculate carpet, armchairs, bathrobe, slippers, good Wifi, terrace. -The parking is constantly monitored by hotel staff. The car is safe. -The hotel staff is extremely nice, helpful, and polite. Cleaning is done daily (real cleaning). -The breakfast is very good (the coffee is extremely good). -For a 4-star hotel, the price was fair. -When we checked out, we were asked how we felt. In conclusion, this hotel is an example of what we call 'the hospitality industry' in our country."
