The cottage in which we stayed in was honestly so beautiful, picturesque and comfy. Kitchen with everything you need, and then some, lmao. There's a bloody cheese preserver storage jars. Tbh that's pretty cool. Breakfast was also amazing. Farm makes for a really nice walk too. Passed out seconds into lying in the bed.

Linda, Derek and their family are great hosts. The accommodation is well equipped. Kitchen has all the mod-cons Rooms are warm, comfortable and spacious. The WiFi is excellent. We had a very happy stay. Overall I would recommend this quiet rural retreat to people wanting a small taste of farming life.

A warm welcome and big smile from Linda was just the tonic after a long drive from Manchester. Nothing was too much trouble and the hot tub was a welcome bonus. We stayed in the ilodge and it was perfect for the two of us and our puppy. Stunning views from the lodge and it had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Warm and comfortable. Even the storm didn’t disturb us. Perfect place to stay for our first visit to Devon and Cornwall.

We had breakfast at Linda’s while we were staying at the rewilding project nearby.Linda was very welcoming. The breakfast was nice. It had everything you need. Cereals, tea, coffee, and if you wish a full English. For my man, she even made vegetarian sausages. We were very happy at Linda’s and I can recommend it fully.

This was the second time I stayed at Frankaborough Farm to attend a photography workshop at the nearby animal sanctuary. The previous one was in 2017. All I can really say is the hospitality is second to none! Linda (the owner) and farmer's wife cooks the most delicious breakfasts that she serves in her conservatory or kitchen! Linda then provided us with hot pasties for lunch at the animal sanctuary. I stayed in a three bedroom cottage next to the farmhouse, and it was exceptionally clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. I have just read some of the other reviews and thought maybe I should return to enjoy the Devon/Cornish countryside with the other half!! This is a working farm, which would be wonderful for young children who have never lived in the country. Linda and I chatted on the morning I left and we were both the same professions; Registered General Nurses! And she originally came from North London, the same as me! Coincidences! Thank you Linda for another great stay!

Last minute find for a birthday break. And what a find it was. Beautiful place to stay. We stayed in the I-hut, very kitted out, even has a dish washer, and washing machine. As well as a hot tub to chill out in watching the birds fly over and the odd bat. Laughing at the moorhens doing a "mission impossible" style trail to steel fed from the chicken run, to feed his young chicks. The cows mooing in the fields around, it is such a lovely place to stay. Yes it is a farm and the odd fly and wiff of cow is to be expected and is forgotten about within minutes of landing. It is ideally positioned for Devon and Cornwall visits, we went to Padstow, tintagel, eden project. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks Linda for accommodating us short notice.

I was staying solo in the clean and well maintained wooden cabin, while attending a photography workshop nearby. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent. The view from my cabin over a pond filled with ducks was beautiful, and the landscape beyond was spectacular. It made for a very pleasant stay.

I spent 2 nights at Frankaborough Farm Holiday Cottages on a B&B basis while attending nearby wildlife centre. Cottages are well fitted out with fridge and microwave and are very comfortable. Your host Linda is friendly and cooks a fantastic breakfast with great choices (far too much for me)' Great B&B and will happy to book again.

The Old Dairy Cottage. Christmas 2022. We would just like to say thank you for a great stay.  It was lovely to escape the norm, with it just being the two of us, plus the dogs for Christmas.  The cottage is an absolute delight,  so cosy and warm, with the added extra of the log burner, the Christmas tree looked amazing, with many handcrafted decorations. You made Christmas a lot easier for me, and a memorable one,  I really couldn't have coped being at home, having lost my parents not that long ago.   Best wishes to you, and your family for 2023
